What travellers are saying
- DavidLille, France1,593 contributionsI reccomend you go early, MsM gets really popular and it is better to do this walk when you are not sharing it with a long long stream of visitors! See my photos for the difference...Written 4 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mark MAiken, United States71 contributionsFriendly and informative staff. A great way to see the French countryside and villages. Gaytan was a great guide and the bikes were easy to operate.Written 10 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Terry BStamford, UK34 contributionsA lovely if somewhat slightly strenuous walk to view the viaduct but the views of the rivers and gardens are more than worth the effort.Written 27 April 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David SBury St. Edmunds, UK219 contributionsThe walking tour of the town is an excellent way to see the interesting places. Get the guide from the tourist office and enjoy the old buildings, riverside walks and peacefulness of the town.Written 19 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - bebsaurus_13Paris, France803 contributionsThe old paths taken by the barge dragging ponies have been transformed into a great path that extends both north and south from the centre of Saint Lo.
I have used it for biking, walking and running and it is well suited to all those activities. The paths are wide, well-maintained and clearly indicated.
Furthermore, theyy are well trafficked so it always feels safe, but they are never so busy that it creates traffic jams. The southern direction is better if you wqnt to stop for picnics or for a rest.
The scenery is pretty and varied along the routes.Written 12 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
