We paid for the Summit level, which was open with we arrived, but sadly as we got to the front of the very long queue it was then closed due to overcrowding. That being said, the view from the second floor was still impressive and we enjoyed a drink in the cafe on that level, which was in a clear dome and shields you from the wind. Only suggest - better coffee options. The cappuccino is from a machine and the coffee was average but $5 for a very very small cup…I mean tiny cup. I was looking forward to enjoying a nice cafe with dessert.
The show was breathtaking - just cannot explain the talent we saw. Costumes were flawless! That being said, ordering tickets at the last minute through Trip Advisor was an absolute pain. When I had continuous problems getting the actual tickets via email, I was passed off to 2 different entities. It was eventually worked out…but the final pain was that the front of the line tickets were absolutely not needed. We walked straight in.
