I went to Wimbledon this year. Although it was crowded, the atmosphere was great and most of places were clean and organized. Fantastic experience!

What a fantastic area. Only one exit which is permanently attended. No dogs or glass so my daughter could take off her shoes and had a fantastic time. Pirate ship was the highlight but loads of other areas to use as well. The first aid area is a great addition as we had to make use of it briefly. We will definitely be coming by here again.

The historical aspect of this tour was amazing. I’m an expat visiting from Canada and a lifelong supporter, but it was my first time attending the stadium. Understanding the historic relevance of parts of the stadium being grade 2 listed, gave the feeling of immense pride and privilege being there. The mashing of old versus new is very complimentary. It’s stunning to look at and I can’t wait to come back to see the fully completed stadium. We are Fulham! We are one! ❤️

I went to the bar and played the grand casino with my wife. Looking for an evening / late drink on a Sunday and a bit of gaming.

Had a great time. Staff were very friendly and willing to help explain some of the finer points of the games.

The atmosphere was great and the prices (for London) not too extortionate. But by far Igor the drinks waiter on the top floor was the high light. Friendly and chatty. He talked us through the games. And his travels around Europe.

Only slight down mark - slow drinks service when gaming.

Also - I got asked a few times by people I know. Do you need membership to attend. You do not.

Love the ground . Friendly atmosphere . Compact ground . Facilities were a little dated but it was like going back to the days of proper football grounds.

This climbing centre is great! There are plenty of good bouldering walls for all abilities and there are never ending rooms. You can also climb outside in a really pretty setting. Staff weren’t particularly friendly but other than that, a great experience!

First time back here for about 5 years but have been coming here to watch West Ham since the early 80’s, about 10 visits or so.

It’s an old school ground despite having at least two new stands since I first came and has a good atmosphere if not a bit “happy-clappy” home fans.

Slightly restricted view right in the corner about 20 rows back but I enjoyed being at a proper football ground rather than our 60,000 filled soul-less bowl. Not much room behind the away stand and facilities are pretty grim but I guess that’s part of the experience.

It’s a nightmare to get to if you’re from north of the river but I’ll keep coming back to remember what old grounds are like.

I visited yesterday and was so impressed with the staff, especially the Visitor Experience Manager who really went the extra mile to help me with my car parking problems. I was so impressed and grateful. Thank you.

It was a rushed visit because of traffic delays but I enjoyed the interior architecture. The gallery was superb. Not quite so impressed with the paintings but there is a Van Dyck.

Pleasant coffee and cake in the cafe too. It doesn’t have quite the charm of a National Trust cafe though.

The Vic is still one of the premier poker lounges in the UK. The main issue over the years has been understaffing, which is now acute. While the night-time table service can be insufferably slow, this is a problem in almost every casino, not unique to the Vic.

In recent times, the pit on level one has been "reformed", not necessarily for the better, with my favourite pit game, Caribbean Stud, having been removed.

Most of the staff are professional and courteous (perhaps with the odd exception but I am not wont to name names personally on here).

Experience is very good and all of the staff from the front desk to the bar staff, the only issue I had was the roulette tables only having chips at £5 which is very extreme especially in the current climate. If you could change this back to £1 or £2 tables I would have spent the night. I understand the machines have this capability, however I do come for the experience as machines are everywhere. Just a suggestion

I went here to see Jo Burke perform her work in progress 'Peculiar.' Very funny and the relaxed atmosphere in the bar before and after the gig really added to the friendly feeling.
I understand that they do some free comedy gigs on a Monday evening but t may be best to book for those on their website.

I agree the place is a little run down; but it feels more faded grandeur. The play equipment was fine and we managed to kill an hour here playing. There is a little cafe and toilets too

I have been swimming at the Oasis for over 30 years and have to agree with two other reviewers one of whom said it is a gem in central London- it is and thankfully not packed out except on hot days- and depressingly run down. On a lovely warm day sitting by the out door pool on a lovely sunny afternoon or better lying on the new astro turf on the sun deck above the indoor pool is as close as one can come to a beach holiday in London! Other positives are the flowers alongside the outdoor pool at the end where there are loungers and seating in a small garden area.

But I don't think any substantial amounts of money was spent on refurbishing the facilities during the two years of lock down and while the pool side staff are friendly Better Leisure is a dreadful organisation to deal with..never any answers to phone calls which no longer go direct to the facility but are routed to a central customer service centre. The indoor pool remains closed between 2pm to 5pm because Better claims there is no demand..but since the pool is closed how can they neasure that? I would swim there at that time previously always my favorite time. So now I have to book a swim by 1pm or end up having to use the outdoor pool which is not pleasant in colder weather.
The state of equipment including one wobbly set of steps at the shallow end of the outdoor pool is poor and little sign of anything being replaced or renovated. I have several times mentioned this set of steps and been given different explanations as to why it can't be secured at the bottom where the ladder rests on the pool floor, the most ridiculous being the steps needed to be loose so they could be removed for cleaning..and the other safely secured steps into the pool?
And the state of the men's changing room is pretty dire with seven showers closely packed in one shower area. I always now use the outdoor showers and changing cubicles whenever possible.
Anyway I know I should be grateful to have use of such a wonderful pool- indoor and outdoor which is unique in London among public pools as opposed to private pools and spas. Also it has a small sauna near the outdoor pool.
It just needs a lot of TLC. I sometimes wonder how it passes health and safety inspections..

Let me be clear I am a fan of the Empire casino. Staff are amazing, drinks are high quality & cleanliness is immaculate. However… there is an online feedback survey where you are awarded some free points by way of thanks for completion.
Normally never an issue with free points which take 1 or 2 weeks to show up. Last survey I did 8 weeks ago… no points.
In the past I have detailed the one other occasion this problem occurred and the staff added the points manually.
This time round I have spoken to three 3 duty managers in 4 weeks. Each one investigated sent emails to head office & each promised the points would be added as promised.
Guess what? STILL NO points (as of today)
What is going wrong? Maybe due to change of ownership something got dropped in the transfer.
But now apparently difficult or impossible to solve!!!
At my wits end but kind of misleading a customer is bad faith & defo should NEVER be done in principle by gambling sector company.
Latest is I have been given Head Office number but for such a trivial issue I’m obviously reluctant to call them.
Aside from this I would give 5/5 wonder why this cannot be fixed at the venue end. Sigh…
