When I called to get further information, they were responsive and helpful. We had a delightful tour of the islands and practically had the boat to ourselves.
Areas for improvement: Communication in advance was lacking. The schedule we found was incorrect, and the meeting point information non-existent. We had no idea where to meet the boat in San Marcos until I called their number. Since we had an old version of the schedule, we missed an earlier departure, and had less time to visit the islands. The tour operator should send a correct link to the schedule, etc. in advance. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - SellestBushey, UK4,958 contributionsFinding the place to actually exchange our vouchers for tickets was a little challenging as the directions provided give a goggle map spot that is incorrect and the description of the colour of the stands umbrella is actually wrong! (the lady said that they knew the directions were wrong and that they had changed the colour of the umbrella, so may have been helpful to update the website - but, nonetheless we found it.
We did not manage to get a main seat so sat at the side near the front which afforded us a good view but we could not hear the commentary at all! The tour guide was speaking in about 5 different languages one after the other but not sure where the speakers were as we did not really understand anything (just caught the odd word) which was a shame.
At Murano the glass blowing was interesting to watch but there was not really time to actually do much else - we just about had time to grab an ice-cream before having to head back to the boat.
Burano was beautiful, so unique and colourful, loved wandering around and took several pictures before settling at a cafe for a drink.

Tour guide on the boat was very knowledgeable and spoke several languages. Venice is a lovely place to visit.

The Murano Glass tour was mind-blowing! We bought 3 pieces to ship home. There is a 12 room gallery, so after the demonstration, be sure to take your time! Burano is so beautiful with the bright colored buildings and plentiful shops to buy handmade lace goods. We found out about the beautiful racing gondolas in the boat yard and thoroughly enjoyed kayaking through the quiet, hidden away lagoon waterways. We saw wild flamingos, locals using traditional fishing methods and curious goats, it was like stepping back in time. I got back and watched a YouTube video and learned more about the island. - DorisReading, UK15 contributionsThe excursion was well organized, it met the program and it is a good opportunity to get to know the 3 islands if you only have one day in Venice, although 45 minutes at each stop is a bit short to see them properly, especially Murano where you can see process of making glass things, we have seen little horse-great!. They recommend you to visit some monuments inside, but there is not really enough time for it. It's all a bit rushed. - Katrine BKrakow, Poland1 contributionOur family (with three teenage boys) had a great time with Valerio touring the Jewish quarter and Canareggio, Murano, Burano and Mazzorbo. In addition to the traditional tourist attractions he showed us an amazing, world class glass exhibition, secret gardens, other hidden gems and local restaurants. He went out of his way to make sure we all had a great experience and really managed to exceed the expectations of our youngest (a history buff) as well. We learned so much about Venice and the surrounding areas. He gave us many suggestions/ recommendations for our remaining days. He also came and had a drink with us, really nice to hang out with a local.
