Tour guides were very informative and personable. Took time to answer questions which is important. Explained next steps which was also helpful.

Ideal opportunity to see three very different and beautiful islands if you are on a short time scale. The trip is incredibly well organised and the boat left bang on time at each destination. Our guide was efficient and very clear about the time the boat would be leaving and how long it would take us to walk to the various sites. You get about an hour on each island so be clear about what you want to see. We visited Murano first and visited the Murano glass factory - this was fascinating and you are then ushered into the shop, which offered us 50% off - please be aware this is still significantly more expensive than other shops on the Harbourside - in hindsight we wouldn't have bought at the factory! There is a beautiful church which is well worth a visit on the other side of the canal and you can easily fit this in in the time. We visited Torcello next - the church here is also well worth a visit. It is a good ten minute walk and there are 3 or 4 bars/restaurants along the way if you want to stop for a snack or a drink. There was a drink stall outside the church that enabled us to have an ice cold Biere Morreti on the way back to the boat! Finally we visited Burano - this was really played down by our guide and we found a very vibrant little main thoroughfare with lots of places to eat and shop and was probably our favourite island. We took the morning cruise (10.30 from San Marco) and were back at 2.30 - thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend

Having had the opportunity to visit two of the most famous and wonderful islands in the Venetian lagoon was truly a unique experience! Our guide Matteo was very knowledgeable and very nice during the whole trip.

The show offered by the master glassmakers of Murano was something absolutely exceptional!

I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Loved the excursion by boat from Venice to the surrounding islands. Great trip for a 16 year old's first trip to Italy!

We were fortunate to be greeted at Marco Polo by Emma who got us through our transfers all the way to the hotel. After touring Venice, we contacted Emma for a tour of the Glass Factory in Murano and then Burano. What an excellent way to spend the afternoon. The glass was remarkably and Burano extremely unique. Highly recommend this tour and having Emma take you there. You will feel like a family member is showing you around

Murano & Burano are amazing - could’ve stayed longer on both - but the trip itself was very disorganised. The guidance on where to join the boat was very vague. There was also supposed to be an audible guide but we couldn’t hear any of it due to the noise of the engine! It was pointed out to the guide that no-one could hear but nothing changed! When we disembarked at Murano there was no guidance on what time to rejoin the boat and no sign of anyone to ask when we got off. Fabulous islands but could benefit from much more organisation!

The boat ran every hour from our starting point: Santa Lucia at 9.20am, 10.20am & 11.30am. The times were not made clear until I messaged them. The meetung point - opposite KFC was not easy to find, as KFC is behind the Santa Lucia train station, not at the front, where most of the boats are... KFC is not visible from the front of the train station. I think the tour operator should make this clear. Despite this we had a good time, once we found the correct boat. You need to download the audio guide before (from your hotel, when you have internet) it was a long day out, over 4 hours if you dont get off the boat, but much longer if you do get off the boat. It was a very nice day out. Good price too.

Giovanni was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable and very personable. We visited Murano (saw amazing works by masters) and Burano but he discussed all the islands en route. We would have visited Torcello but it was too muddy after the rain. A great way to explore the islands around Venice.

Our tour of the Islands of Venice was such a unique and amazing experience. Our guide took us on a private tour of glass blowing, lace making and even an abandoned fort with unbelievable views. This tour exceeded our expectations and our guide was full of information. He was so much fun and was so nice to answer all of our questions. Worth every penny and more!

Trip was excellent but the organisation of the boat wasn't the best. The guide was difficult to understand in english and french (our languages). Beautiful towns.

Really worthwhile trip with a visit to a glass factory but there are lots of shops selling the glass and beautiful lace products on Burano. They are both very picturesque but I would have at least a couple of hours on both islands.

A beautiful day exploring the islands. It was a busy boat but seemed well organised.. I enjoyed having the freedom to explore at my own pace for the most part.
