He handled the roads like a pro and his upbeat personality made for an exciting tour. He provided a balance of history and humor. This tour stops at all the main spots of Barbados and lunch at San Dunes Restaurant was delicious. - Jeanine F23 contributionsWhat a great day we went on this tour, which was to feed the monkeys and spend time with them and then go swim with the turtles on a catamaran.
Went thru St Nicholas Abby a museum and distillery. Very popular
So our driver Ryan was really funny and great and took us around the island, and then we stopped at the Turtle/monkey feeding natural environment , as you can see the monkeys are very territorial. They are very aggressive when it comes to their food but on the other hand, they’re pretty funny and they’re cute ! There was a lot of turtles , peacocks and chickens ! then we sat and had a beverage and then we went across the way to where you could feed the monkeys !! that was a fabulous ! Talk about food fights!
we took another ride over to the other side of the island and Ryan gave us a good tour of the island, had a yummy lunch at the Dinas pink restaurant on the water. We are now on the south side of the islands and it’s much rougher than the west side where we are. See the fabulous rock formations.
we then caught our catamaran for swimming with the turtles now unfortunately I do not have pictures of that or of us going down the slide from the boat because I forgot my cover for my phone, but it was spectacular and they were huge fish swimming below us ! then we went over a shipwreck and obviously you know the shipwrecks have gorgeous fish swimming around so we enjoyedWritten 3 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire island and culture. He made sure we all were comfortable and made the tour both educational and fun! You get to see so much of the island. The lunch spot was delicious. Every stop was very informative while being entertained. Mario provided us with his wife treats, which was sorrel and sweet that was made from his garden. Lunch was delicious and a great size meal to full you up for sure, with a fabulous view of the ocean.

He provided me and my husband with champagne for our special anniversary and cold drinks and ice for the group. A couple of the locations didn’t allow us to fully tap into the Barbados experience, but again that wasn’t his fault. He was very knowledgeable and funny and made sure we had a fun time. The only complaint I would say would be with his cars air conditioning. It wasn’t as cold as it could be especially in the humid temps. - WombatUnited Kingdom8 contributionsFirstly our driver Qwanwe (sorry about the spelling was amazing . His knowledge about barbados was second to-none. He was great with his historical facts as well. When we arrived at the caves we had Gabriel as a guide and Peter was our tram driver. These two were a really good fit with each other. Gabriel was very funny and again extremely knowledgeable. Well worth the visit. We then went to see the monkeys close up, they were adorable. Lunch was included and was so very tasty. Would recommend this trip and Beautiful Barbados tours to any traveller. Our driver was courteous and the views were picturesque & breathtaking.
