Nice wild beach - for those who like something a bit less commercial.

Keep closer to the sea as some mozzies around the back where the forest is

I’ve seen a lot of churches and building’s, but I’ve never seen a Temple in or outside before this! As always… a lot of man hours and strong believes before finishing this!!😍👍😍

It may be a bit grand to call this a national park but it is still a very nice area. Between the road and the sea it offers lots of shade from the tropical sun and this can be invaluable if you are walking.

Every so often you will come across food vendors selling either salads, sweetcorn, coconuts or similar which provide refreshments along the way.

There are stray dogs around but they are generally wanting to keep out of your way and didn’t seem dangerous.

Stretches on for awhile and his lined by the Beach on one side and the incredible things that that and the sea offer.

We had an amazing morning with Michael and Tiin. We have done other snorkelling tours in Thailand and this is so much better than anything else we experienced . Apart from the snorkelling being amazing, the level of service, the staff and all their great facilities make the experience one of the best things we have done in Thailand. Very informative and safety focussed . They were fantastic with our son and he says it’s the best thing we did all holiday…
Thanks Michael, Tiin & crew !

James Bespoke Suit in Phuket is the BEST suit shop in all of Thailand!!! I’ve had suits made in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Krabi and James’s suits are by far the nicest!!!! The fit and quality is unmatched! I will be ordering more fitted shirts and suits again for sure!!!!

Stumbled on this place entirely by chance after quarantining on arrival in Thailand for a night in the nearby Vijitt hotel. I walked in one morning, had all my questions answered by Fred, and signed up for the 1 day course to learn the basics. Later that same day, I got 1 on 1 instruction with an amazing instructor Jack and learned how to launch/fly the kite - way more difficult than it looks. Later that day, I got a message with a bunch of helpful videos to reinforce what I learned. The next day I got more 1 on 1 instruction from another instructor who was also awesome. All of the people who work here are really friendly and genuinely interested in helping you learn - even the beach boys helping launch kites on the beach will point at people kitesurfing in the water and tell you what they're doing right, and more importantly, what they're doing wrong.

Every afternoon, Fred would plan the time for the next lesson based on the tides/wind - I also really appreciated how he converted my 1 day into a 3 day into a 5 day course and just had me pay the difference (I kept extending as I got more excited about the sport). Overall I have nothing but good things to say about this school and everyone who works here, it was truly a serendipitous first discovery in Thailand and has gotten me so stoked about the sport.

My advice to aspiring kitesurfers would be to first appreciate how difficult the sport is, even just the basic skill of flying the kite (there are plenty of Youtube videos that will second this). I totally underestimated this, thinking I'd be riding a board on my first lesson - just getting the kite to properly hover above you requires many hours of training your muscle memory. If you come into it with the proper respect for the sport and a willingness to learn the technical skills outside the water, you'll be able to use time in the water more efficiently and start progressing toward actually riding the board. I have many years of experience snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, etc but this barely gave me any advantage, and actually proved a bit disadvantageous since I had to fight some natural instincts on how to position my legs and body. I am now confident that the only way to learn this sport is to simply put in the hours. I feel tremendously lucky to have had people as experienced and patient as Jack and Fred properly guide me into this sport.

We booked Dhara to come into our hotel for massages both nights we were at Nai Yang. Masseuses were very good, clean and professional, prices were extremely reasonable.

I've been coming to Thailand for over 30 years, and have had many massages, and this was the best one ever. She understood that I have a serious chronic problem with my back and worked accordingly. It's was worth every penny.

There are a few bars in Nai Yang but this is the only one on TA, we ordered two wines but they only had one glass of wine left. We asked for lager but that also had run out. In the end we settled for the one glass of wine and a G&T and for the first time in two months got charged for a mixer in thailand. We stay in Nai Yang every year but will be avoiding this place as there are other bars that 'serve all' that has some drinks to serve!

Walked in with my partner in the afternoon. Very nice and cheap. $600 THB for both 1hr each
He had a Thai massage, very good considering his a big guy.
I had a food massage, very good. The lady that performed my massage did above and beyond.

I probably wouldn't recommend the foot scrub, there was another customer having this done & it just looked awkward and unhygienic!
The foot scrubber looked like a dirty sandpaper square.. Not nice.

All and all if you're looking for a massage great place!

My husband and I had our first Kiteboarding experience in Bali, and loved it! We wanted to learn more.
When we were travelling to Phuket, we sorted out Bob's Kite School ( cos it had his face on the website! hahaha )
Conditions ( weather and water ) may not have been perfect, but Bob ( and his part-time Hungarian Instructor, Christian ) we didn't feel let down by the low winds.
They made instructions so clear and easy, teaching us more than what the IKO syllabus would have. We learnt and enjoyed our 2 days with them.
This IS the only school in Phuket you should do to.

Warning though: Always wear booties. Certain beach stretches are 'kill zones'

My friend and me went to the Baan Chaba for a late night massage. It was a bit difficult to locate the massage house but the experience makes the visit totally worthy.

You will smell a strong and pleasent scent of herbs and healthcare products (?) once you entered the place. The decoration is in traditional Thai style and the place is spotless.

Upon choosing the service you prefer, you will be guided to have your feet lightly massaged and cleaned. Afterwards you will be brought to a Thai massage bed for the massage service. The staff are professional and friendly and the massage is strong but also relaxing as well. I highly recommend trying the Traditional thai massage. You will have a great sleep afterwards!

Took a cab to Old Town Phucket and then back to our hotel.
Taxi was clean and comfortable on both occasions but overpriced compared to Malaysia using Grab
Having been there before I asked if the taxis were still controlled by " foriegners" to which he said yes. I asked one or two he said "one.""Hmmm not good for us nor our customers."In other words price fixed no competition, but that is Phuket.
