Brilliant fun, provided by Mother Nature.
We typed in postcode BD23 4DA for Janet's Foss and it brings you to a cute little village with a car park that is £4.50 to stay in all day and there are plenty of places to on the roadside.

We went through the Nature Reserve with board walks and illustrations of birds and plants to help us.Parts of the walk are on tarred roads but there are long open field walks with great panoramic views.
Parking in the National Trust car park take the excellent circular walk, and use the bird hide (with information board inside) to appreciate the variety of birds you are looking at.

Nice to find a snack van serving hot chocolate in the sleet, together with seating available at the car park too!
Probably the most popular walk for families and for mature walkers in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Great venue in awesome location with something for all ages and abilities, cafe with good food and farm shop, nature trail and walk fishing for beginners and 2 great lakes well stocked with game fish and very well...
We'd all recommend Kilnsey Park with its fresh water lakes fed by clear gushing streams, wonderful backdrops of the crag and dales.

We had a gentle stroll from Hebden to the falls and would recommend this walk as it was relaxing and rewarding we stayed for an hour just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying nature at its best.
Walked along river between Grassington to Linton and crossed over the falls which was in full flow and provided some fantastic views there is a small car park nearby and also public toilets next to the car park

It is a lovely peak with plenty of up, some gentle scrambling (over in 5 mins) and the excellent work of the National Parks have made most of the route easily accessible.
Quite steep towards the top so you need to be careful with your footing but in general a great place to start your 3 peaks challenge, the car park at the Golden Lion is a great meeting spot for this trek.
Stainforth Force Settle 9.2 km away

Even without seeing the salmon it is still well worth the trip, park in the car park just off the main road rather than drive down to the Force as the road is very narrow and steep and very few places to park let...
Just watch for the millions of flies, but that's nature!!
