I can't believe I wanted to see this! The parking is in a huge puddle, the trail is very narrow with tree roots everywhere and, while there is plenty of glass on the beach, which is about 20' long, most of it remains very sharp and is definitely not "sea glass." Somewhere online it says dogs are not allowed and it's good people pay attention to that as their paws would be cut to ribbons; I was really sorry I had sandals on, a laceration waiting to happen! When we arrived, half a dozen people were there, filling plastic bags with glass; you couldn't pay me to pick up that trashy stuff, but I didn't see that they were making much of a dent in the supply, for all of the notices about not taking any. Just awful, do not waste your time.

The people who keep saying it’s a disappointment, take note!
The reason why is because people keep TAKING the glass.
DO NOT DO THIS!
It’s not a huge attraction, it’s just a local place with glass on the “not so much,” beach.
You don’t go swimming here.
You don’t bring kids to play here.
Go. Look. Take photos. That’s it.
It’s just a hole in the wall place originally for locals to enjoy.
But word spreads fast and people go there & empty the place of glass. STOP!
Again.
Go. Look. Take photos. That’s it.

The Springdale Inn and Suites staff recommended this place to us (reference their review). It was down a dirt road in a not so nice area. Short hike brought you to a tiny beach where it appeared that a recyclery had dumped their glass years ago. This is NOT a destination. Stay in Kings Point.

Just an old dump touted as a "must see beach". The view from the "beach" is spectacular, but make sure to bring repellant if coming in the evening and take your time driving in as the "parking lot" has some monster potholes.

Despite previous reviews we decided to break up our 5 hour drive with a stop here and it was amazing! A must see! A beautiful cove with plenty of sea glass to look at and play with.

It's a nice spot on the shoreline accessed from a dirt road and down a fairly steep wooded trail. Not a ton of sea glass left due to looters I suspect. Not many "attractions" in Springdale so worth a look but don't plan for a long visit in my opinion.

We had quite the time finding Glassy Beach! A lovely young local in Springdale recognized we were not from here and said "where you going? I can take ya meself". We found it! It's past the cemetery on the dirt road, there is a sign. This a bit of a steep short hike to get to the beach. If you appreciate sea glass and citchy interesting places, you found it at Glassy Beach!
