The most beautiful building on this island, and still lived in by a family member, the Italianate garden was amazing, with views across to Stresa, cafe and shop expensive, and try to go later in the day to avoid tours.

Did the usual trip to the islands and paid what I thought was a steep entrance fee. However the islands are wonderful, the houses interesting (especially if you like old paintingd and puppets) and the gardens are stunning.

Recommend the visit especially seeing the gardens and views. Felt a little pricy as you have to pay for the boat trip across to the island as well.
