Like stepping back in time in some ways, experience a slower pace of life, good to walk around the island but very warm. Restaurants on the island are ok but not brilliant. We took the water taxi rather than the big boat and found it...More

The island was great but there were millions of flying insects at this time of year . There is a lot of walking involved so wear decent shoes. Ferries are regular and inexpensive .
