Staying in the area with friends we visited the unusual Malling Jug. Situated off the High Street this small real ale bar has waiter service and a small outside courtyard. Nice atmosphere and excellent real ales.

Such a great little bar tucked away in one of the side streets off main road. So happy we found it. The beer was cold and the food better than most bar food I had while in England. The waiter was friendly and all round...More

Have been here several times now and love the variety in the beer menu. Dave the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the selections of beers he offers. Highly recommend if you want to try something a bit different...

After a couple of ordinary pints in pubs in High Street we ventured down the alley to the Jug. Lovely welcome. Lovely choice of beer (and non alcoholics for the driver) Lovely decor. Snacks as per old pubs used to do. Will return!
