Beautiful views from the top, worth a visit. Plenty of Griffin Vultures flying overhead. We loved the drive up, fantastic windy road. Good little coffee stop too with a small shop selling souvenirs.

Between 7.30 am and 7 pm it is allowed to go to Lagos de Covadonga only by taxi or public bus. The bus does not stop at Miradur de la Reina. So during the day you can only get there by taxi or by bike....More

This is enroute to the Covadonga Lakes and the road up is steep, narrow and has few passing places, therefore closed off during busy periods with a Bus Service (Coach) running every half hour or so. We rushed up after last bus down and road...More
