Seeing these amazing little creatures traipsing across the sand is an unforgettable experience. My daughter was amazed and will remember this for the rest of her life. Sadly many tourists ignore the Rangers calls for no photography and this had us a bit frustrated by...More

This experience turned out to be a wonderful night. It can be cold and a long wait before the Penguins arrive. Once the Penguins start to appear, it's magical. Make sure you spend plenty of time walking around the boardwalks watching the Penguins talk to...More

We did a coach tour that just did the Penguin Parade, it left Melbourne at 3 and went directly there. We got back about 11pm. The driver was superb, had lots of information about the penguins. When you arrive, you can get food at the...More

Get the ranger guided upgrade and you will be sitting in your special platform on the cliff watching the penguins waddle up to the beach with your binoculars (provided by the rangers!) it’s one of my trip highlights- not to be missed!

Firstly it is a good idea to book your ticket in advance as there are many tour companies who bring out large groups. We wanted to go to the enclosed viewing area which was sold out for days, so we opted to go with a...More

We visited the parks twice during the day and were rewarded with great wildlife sightings, panoramic views, sights of penguins in their burrows, but the hilight was the Penguin Parade. It was awesome to watch the little birds come in from the sea at dusk...More

The little penguins are soooooo cute. We did this 2 years ago but only paid general admission thinking it was a bit pricey. All the proceeds go towards conservation etc so it is a good cause. This time we paid extra to do a guided...More

This was an absolutely brilliant evening. The penguins plus viewing area affords the best view of this amazing daily event. This is wonderfully orchestrated by the wildlife rangers who are friendly, informative and firmly in control of the human element (for the protection of the...More
