Been hearing of this place long time ago and finally visited last weekend (Sept 2020). Staff were helpful, friendly and assisted you in all ways in getting the kids to be close and petting the animals. Not that big as in Zoo Negara but good enough for a few hours of new excitement and discovery for the young ones from petting turtle, birds, catching longkang fish, pelican and goats, alpaca feeding, 1st experience in touching python, parrot show, and plenty more cute lovable animals for them to experience. With the lush trees covering the whole area you would not even feel any hotness at all. Well done to the team for a wonderful experience.

As I stay near KLCC Pavilion, always not plan to go to this place, because of it a bit far if compare to Zoo and butterfly farm. But due to my kids love petting zoo where you actually can feed the animal, touch and hold it, so this round plan to go for it. By calling grab from pavilion area reach to farm in the city about 30min with smooth driving. When reach there I thought there will not much people, but I’m wrong, outside able to see tour bus and van. During purchase if ticket remember to show your malaysia ID if you Malaysian, there will hv discount price. And also if you are senior citizen category. Animal food also can included during the ticket purchase just ask for the package. But actually you still able to purchase the food inside. Once entry my first wow, so many big size turtle which allow us to feed and take pictures, follow by bird, chickens, duck which running around and let u all to feed them. But reach another area where have deer, for kid don’t let them hold the food because deer will always follow the food, which actually cause my daughter cry and run because of this XD There also hv snake but in the cage, fish ( the pool water really need to take care, seem so dirty) There still a of animal which I won’t be able to mention all. There actually have feeding schedule and bird show, if you would like to watch remember to check the schedule also. Last we go for the pony ride which cost RM7 (remember to change the token before queuing up) Good thing :- -they hv washing basin anywhere which can wash your hand anytime after u touch the animal -Not that hot, due to hving lot of tree Area to improve:- The fish pool water and surrounding need to enhance or do some cleaning Suggestions:- Baby stroller should not allow to bring in, when in the chicken and bird feeding area the road very congested but fill with all the stroller blocking the walk way which will cause trip and fall either baby or adult Summary:- Nice place for kids that love to feed, touch and hold animal

I am thankful that there is a place like this and I go FITC every year to bring different kids. I think its great that kids can touch animals here. I believe that it is therapeutic. However I feel that the management can improve their animals here.
