My friend and I enjoyed this package so much!!! Mr. Ranjith was very profissional and made sure everything was according to our requests. The masseuses are amazing, the lunch was delicious and after we enjoyed the pool. Cannot be more relaxed than this

So far the best spa I have ever experienced. Shine spa is inspired by the 5 elements which is consistent with its design. They also have great facilities that you can use and abuse while waiting for your treatment. When we first approached the counter we were welcomed by Hannah and her colleague. Both of them assisted us during our experience. We also had the good fortune to meet the manager of the place Ranjith, who personally introduced us to the best way in enjoying their facilites, and taking notes of all our preferences to make sure we’ll have an excellent experience. The highlight of our visit finally came—the massage. My friend was treated by Tari, she’s a soft-spoken masseuse from Bali, one of the places with the best masseuses in the world; and me by Michelle, who is undoubtedly the best because she took cake of all my needs, making sure I was comfortable and was having a great time. Shine is spa is complete with very well trained professionals which made me want to come back. Their approach since we first stepped in was very warm which made my friend and I faithful guests. Since then, we’ve been coming back once a week. We have already tried all of their treatments, so far all exceptional. My friends and I had a really good spa experience. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The manager Ranjith anticipated all our needs and made sure we were comfortable all throughout. I highly recommend the lava bamboo massage! 5 stars!
