Very Nice Area
Jul 2021
The area is very scenic with lots of camping and things to see and do. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the area.

Aspen Campground, Echo Valley Provincial Park
Jun 2021
First time camping in Aspen Loop at Echo Valley. Very nice campground, however, did not know that there are lots of ticks in this region. Not only in tall grass and trees. Sitting under our RV awning with an outdoor large mat and they appeared on my arm. Our dog had one on his head, so be diligent.

Nice four days.

The park was very clean. Washrooms had showers with lots of hot water, flush toilets, and sinks.
The sites are a good size with table and fire stands, all on a gravel base. Sites are somewhat separated by trees.
The park visitor center is well stocked with informative brochures..
We were assisted by Tammy who was extremely pleasant and helpful. If I could give her stars, she is worth all 5.

Worth a drive thru....
Aug 2019
I was staying in Fort Qu'Appelle for 2 days. I thought the Echo Valley Provincial Park would be a good place to go hiking for a couple hours. The signage was poor and the trails unmarked. I think the trails I found may have been the winter cross country skiing trails??! The drive around the lake from Ft Q was well worth it, though. Very pretty country.

Camping is good. Lakes are nice until late summer (gets green) If you can boat, try it! Beaches are nice to play and relax. The valley is beautiful!!!

Great for quick camping trip

Close enough to the city to run out for a day or 2. Lakes are good for boating. Some of the sites are really nice, but most on top of the hill are very open and lack privacy. Good facilities and usually fairly quiet.

There was lots of fun things to do in the forte, but not having Cell signal at all in the camp Ground made life difficult! They also need to plant more trees between the sites as sound travels a little too well, and you know exactly when your neighbours are up and if their kid is upset, a few more trees and a little more privacy would certainly help

One of Saskatchewan's best provincial parks
Jul 2018
Visited the park to spend time at the beach on a hot, sunny summer day. Great place to enjoy a swim or just lounge on the beach. This park has all the amenities one would expect in a Provincial Park.

Good, but no Cell service

Needs more trees between sites, not really a fan of listening to the neighbors baby crying, or the dogs barking for half an hour at a time, Kenosee was a lot nicer
