We stopped here for an hour and received a fantastic guided tour - mainly on general history of eruption and some educational material and interesting lava specimens. The Etna guidebook is a must before your trip up Etna.

This Educational and interesting museum really made the trip to Mount Etna more meaningful. We were guided through the museum by a young woman who spoke very good English and really knew the science. There was archival footage of eruptions at Etna. We were impressed....More
