21 rooms are open tothe public, the walk through the castle, up and down narrow stairways is almost more instructive than the exhibits. The view from the top floor of the tower is a must.

We enjoyed this but English translation of artefacts was patchy. The only staff person in attendance hard virtually no English which was frustrating.

We had a personal tour of the fortress by a lovely guide from the museum as this small town is not heavily visited. The design of the tour is very intersting. WEll worth tyhe time and money.

It was fun and interesting to walk through. Learned some history and saw what life was like when Pitiligano was first built. I recommend this Museum.

Like a labyrinth with so many winding staircases, the building is interesting but the exhibition of religious artifacts is dull and there is little attempt to bring history alive.

Interesting castle, but old-style presentation -- limited explanations provided for non-Italian-speaking visitors.
