Nungwi is one of the best beaches in the world.the beach has many restaurants and also beach bars.for those who like to party when in holiday Nungwi is the place to chose.the water is blue and the sand is very soft and white.
Went there for a week and it was amazing. From the airport to there the most charge 45 dollar, at the Nungwi beach I found a good and safe driver for 35!

I recommend arranging a visit to Stone Town and perhaps also a Spice Farm visit on the way back. The beaches are amazing and we really enjoyed walking up and down each day (putting the stranded star fish back in the water at low tide :-)). As others have said, either snorkelling or even diving is easily arranged. A lot depends on how long you are there for and what kind of holiday you want.

It's a safe place. Make negotiations for everything not only for taxis. For breakfast you can eat on the beach, there is some restaurants &the night try the strit food at all mana. Be sure is not raining season.
