Walk the roadway from the visitor's center, for beautiful views of rocky mountain slopes, high overhead. There will be several stone bridges over the stream, so be careful about going if it looks like rain, mostly ill-advised in July and August during our monsoon season....More

Sabine canyon is an organic way to get to know the Sonoran desert. The trolley ride is perfect for those who don't want to or are unable to walk to the top, plus it offers really interesting information. Would definitely recommend Sabine canyon!

Great place to visit. You can take a narrated tram ride or walk/hike in the canyon. Start EARLY if you want to hike. It gets very warm. Staff at the visitor center were very helpful

We only had one full day to spend in Tucson and I'm glad that we visited this beautiful state park and took the tram. For $10 per person, you can enjoy the gorgeous scenery as part of a round-trip ride that takes about an hour....More
