Lahaina Galleries was established in 1976 on Front street by Jim and Nancy Killett. We are one of the longest running art galleries in Hawaii and one of the most well known in America. We carry some of the most beautiful artwork from artists living in Hawaii to residing all over the world. We are located in the Shops at Wailea on the top floor near Tommy Bahamas. January 1, 2022 my daughter & I were walking through the Shoppes at Wailea hoping to return something bought the previous day. Once there we discovered most of the shoppes had not opened because of the holiday. We walked in The Lahaina Gallery to kill some time & had a lovely experience.
We met Chris Cornis and he was happy to answer my questions, move artwork around to let me see the ones I liked in different lighting, and listen to my reactions. Our family had spent the Christmas holidays in Hawaii & saw wonderful artwork on the walls that represented every part of it. The artists represented in the gallery were varied. Incredibly I bought 2 pieces! Chris celebrated my purchase with a glass of champagne as I filled out my shipping information. I am home now & my packages just arrived!! WoW!
If you are in the area looking (or not) for artwork you must walk in! Thank you Chris! The information you gave on each artist I liked, coupled with your patience and kindness made the ending to our vacation PERFECT!

Employees may not be treated well because they are rather unpleasant. Very uptight and seem upset. Not an atmosphere that I’m used to when viewing art.

As an artist I have been represented for over 35 years by Lahaina Galleries.
The professionalism and integrity of the the gallery has been one of the key components of their success over the years. The Wailea location is beautiful and my art display along with other talented artists make the experience worthwhile. I look forward to continuing the relationship with the wonderful staff on Maui.

What a nice gallery. Lots of different styles of art and even sculptures. It is located in a very nice outdoor center upstairs. I guess the artists are well known as some of the prices are big time.

My husband and I first came to this gallery in Oct 2016 and have been loyal customers ever since. We have purchased several pieces from Chris Cornis over the last few years. He is absolutely wonderful to work with and I know if I ever need anything I can count on him. The gallery is very beautiful and they offer so much more than what is displayed. Even if you aren’t interested in purchasing anything right away it’s worth going in and browsing. You never know what you may discover and the staff is so friendly. Chris has shipped pieces to our homes so distance is never a problem. Highly recommend.

Beautiful gallery with amazing works. Stopped in to browse and ended up purchasing (Seuss collection). Gale helped us make an informed decision, is extremely knowledgeable, and is just a great person to talk "art" with. Definitely worth the visit.

The Lahaina gallery in Wailea is my #2 fav spot in Maui (the first is Secret beach). This amazing place is filled with stunningly beautiful works of art- works by Lori Wylie, Kalman Radvanyi, Bissel, etc.
The consultants are very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to share info. We ended up buying a stunning piece by Lori Wylie.
I definitely recommend visiting the gallery and I myself cannot wait to go back.

Stopped in last Thursday to have a look at the new Aldo Luongo piece as we have several and have been customers of Lahaina Galleries for years. Could not have asked for better service and pictures of the piece since the gallery in Lahaina had the actual art. Thank you Chris for all your help. Left with two pieces for our villa in Az. Great experience so happy to add to our collection.

I was buying a painting from a private party that was originally purchased from Lahaina Galleries in 1980. For a small fee, they provided me with a wealth of great advice and kept offering their services beyond what I would expect. Highest recommendation for customer service and expertise.

We have been a customer of this gallery for a while, but when we dropped in this time to buy, the "consultant" (MS) bordered on rude and had no sense of ART at all. HINT: Don't argue with the customer and leave them alone when they are in the viewing rooms contemplating the art...and quit leaving the pricing book on the couch!! Really an unfortunate experience because the director is a GEM and we love Dario and the Twins. This Doctor has no remedy for this consultant!
