I have only given this a 4 as we did not see the main attraction. I'm sure it would have been a 5 if we had. You can't drive to it and the main car park is a good 15-20 minute walk from the cliffs...More

This is a fantastic cliff top location affording wonderful views of the coast, the estuary far below and the mountains inland. The fascinating aspect of this site is the network of vents in the rock that lead (somehow) to the water far below. When we...More

The view of the cliffs alone is spectacular but the sound of the vents is really impressive. We did not see geysers but the sound alone was really impressive. Plus beautiful landscape and flowers.

Impressive even when they are not blowing water out of the vents. I wouldn't come particularly far and wide for them but if you're reading this you're probably already on some sort of road trip on the north coast so its worth stopping at. a...More

Definetely a place worth a visit and a 1.3 km walk. Honesty these big black holes are quite scary even without strong sea because you can heard the ocean and the wind inside.

You may not see the plume of spray that is so iconic (needs certain tide conditions and particular weather. In any event this is a lovely spot and the coast is very scenic. You will be able to find some windy holes that seem to...More

We got the train out from Llanes 1121 am to Pendueles and walked along the path back to Llanes, about 12 miles. We passed the Bufones on route, the noise was quite disturbing but no sign of spray. Hear the power of the ocean. The...More
