So many new exhibits that one day is not enough time if you want to see all of it. An amazing amount of work and thought have gone into each exhibit.

Without throwing shade on other zoo attractions, Henry Dorsey Zoo may be the best zoo in North America. It was very hot when we visited, but many measures were taken by the Zoo to keep visitors cool & hydrated. Their animal care was very good...More

It is very large. They say it takes 2 days to see. We saw what we wanted to see in 1. The inside ones are climate controlled. (air conditioned) We enjoyed the aquarium and the jungle the best.

You might want look into the 2 day pass. I am not sure of the price but you would not be pressed for time. Do not know the kids ages, but our 9 year old had a great time. Looking back, I wish we did the 2 day deal. Lots to... More

I did see motorized carts. I assume they were rented. I would go to their website or call them.
