I just had a visit for google recommendation for buy a wine but I asked serverai question to the staff about if they have Cabernet Sauvignon Red wine (which I mean Merlot) the guy and girl who on duty 16:00 PM / 23/January try to teach me that no such things wine I mentioned about Pinot from Italy the guy said there is no wine named Pinot in Italy brand I’m just laughing and he tried to lecture me about wine I mentioned. I mean you shouldn’t under estimate your guest knowledge about wine, they should answer the questions and not make the guess feel uncomfortable. Well I bought two Island Aussie wine and straight away home... I will never considered myself to be back if they are not change this service.

Many people know winehouse in kerobokan as a place were you find a good wineselcetion. But do you know as well you can find there every first saturday in a month an food market with local made products?. starting from 11 to 3 pm around 15 producer of local made food offering their products for free tasting and of course for buy. In the nice athmosphere you can drink a glass of wine or an cappuchino and taste all products for free(food). you can find chocolate producer, chutneys, coconutproducts, organic salad, duck products and cheese.
the two last named producer are a one of a kind. Epicure producing finest french duck products made in their farm in bali and the quality and taste is over the top. you should try if not believe:) and its for free.. the other company is the cheesemaker, bali-alm. The prooduce over 25 products in bali french cheeses, german and spanish. not like you can buy the imported one or from the big companies like diamond, their cheeses made and age in traditional way, so the brie for example is not creamy from beginning and never change, like the industry cheese, no they do in normandie style (google wicki) the cheese aging over weeks and month getting creamy from outside to inside and developing always stronger aroma.really delicious.. I think this still a secret spot but it worth to visit for a nice saturday afternoon.

I went to this shop to buy my favorite brand of Australian Red Wine to find chiraz, unfortunately they didn't have it on their stock, and mostly they just sell some unfamiliar brand that I've never known before. However eventually I decided to buy a bottle of Chilean Red Wine, which seems pretty good quality, even though I deem, their price is slightly overpriced. than a normal price, perhaps they also sell their comfort of the shop (?) Staffs are arguably helpful, informative, and friendly. Not quite sure do I categorize this store as one of my favorite. I feel like there's some other shop which could offer me more reasonable price. But I really give a big thumbs up for the staff's hospitality and service. Keep it like that guys.

My husband (not a wine drinker but armed with shopping list) just visited to buy wine for Christmas and strangely enough the staff told him they do not stock Merlot, Shiraz or Prosecco! So he came home empty handed. I'm baffled and disappointed.

This was the worst service ever, unbelievable!! Never buy a wine here!! We bought a bottle from 500.000 rph with 50% discount (due to a really bad cork) but later we found out that they forgot to give us the discount. So we went back to explain them, unfortunately they said the normal price of the wine was 1.000.000 rph, which was just not true! We had the proof from our bill that said 0 procent discount instead of 50 procent, plus the bottle in the store that had a sticker with still the normal price of 500.000 rph without discount. They let us come back 3 times to the shop without any positive result, only a lot of frustration!

I go regularly to the Winehouse, very good choice of imported wines at affordable price for Bali.
Every month they offer a new selection of discounted wines, one time I even found a very good white wine from Piedmont, from an excellent small winery, that I never found before abroad.
At the bar you have a choice of red and white wine by glass, so you can stay there and have an aperitif or just taste the wine before buying the bottle.
Nice atmosphere, especially on friday.
The owner/manager is very friendly, same as the staff working there.
I highly recommend the Winehouse to buy a bottle of wine or just for a glass.
Good selection of spirits.
Don't miss their cheese board, excellent with a glass of wine!

Just left this place after a really disappointing experience.
Went to winehouse for my birthday to taste some wine and buy a bottle or two to celebrate. Walked in and greeted by a member of staff. We asked him what he recommended and he just pointed us to the special offers area and left. With no help from the staff we looked at the menu to pick some wines to try. Then we sat there waiting while all 4 staff ignored us, while there was noone else there! So disappointing.
The manager/ owner may want to teach their staff customer service and how to sell wine.
I have been to specialised wine shops and enjoyed wine tasting in many different places around the world and the customer service here is only comparable to shopping in a budget supermarket. Amateurs.
Not a good birthday experience.

I'm extremely sorry that you had a less than whelming experience when you visited Winehouse. All the staff have been trained to be courteous and informative without 'crowding' the customer. Your review will be discussed at our next meeting. I see that you're from Bath, a long way from Bali, but if you ever come back here, please let me know so that I'm sure to serve you personally. All the best from the Winehouse team, Katrina.

Dropped in to pick up some supplies. Was surprised to find a good array of Aus, Chilean and Euro wines at pretty good prices for Bali, given the extrodinary tax they pay. On the day we were there the Smirnoff was cheaper than I can buy it in Sydney.
