Definitely something you shouldn’t leave out. Though it may look like it’s not very tall, the 360°views are actually really good. It’s pretty spacious, so if it is crowded, it shouldn’t be bad- although it doesn’t get too crowded anyways. It’s relatively cheap, and it’s...More

The Space Needle provide a good 360-degree viewing platform of the area - good for pictures of backdrop scenery and downtown. Only complaint is it was over $40 for 3 adults and a child to ride the elevator up to the platform and back down....More

Having never gone to the top of the Space Needle, we decided "Why not?" The elevator is cramped, but the platform at the top is very spacious. Provides a panoramic view of the area Worth a look.

A great way to see downtown Gatlinburg and surrounding areas. Grandkids loved being so high up in the sky!

There’s just something stable and fun about seeing the Needle shine in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg every time we return. It’s simple, fun and entertaining. We had a blast!!

We spent more time in the arcade than we did the Space Needle because it's in DESPERATE NEED of repair! You can get a better view from the top of the sky chairs, too. I wouldn't waste money on the Space Needle unless this is...More

I, for one, am terrified of heights but after much coaxing from my husband and daughter I decided to brave out there elevator ride. I must say the views are beautiful, if you can overcome a fear of heights. The elevator ride is fairly quick...More

We love going up in the space needle. There are beautiful views of Gatlinburg. I actually like it better at night with everything lit up. They told us to keep our receipt and come back for free the next day so we got to see...More

This is an extremely reasonable price ($10) for a great view of Gatlinburg. An elevator takes you to the top and you can stay as long as you'd like. Ticket is good for a day and night visit.

There was little to no wait time for the elevator. The view was much better during the day, but the city lights were gorgeous at night. Plus it was much cooler!

The elevator goes fairly slowly, but I don't know if pets are allowed. You have to go through a Game Center to buy your tickets and get onto the elevator. Why don't you try their website and /or call them.

Hi Ashley, In the past, I have been in much larger structures with astounding sway. If you read my review you will not find any comments regarding tower sway - just the facility itself. Glad you had a great time!
