Since this was a free site, it is worth a visit. I was expecting more historical items based on the looks of the outside of the building. There is a video upstairs that is worth watching. The best part of the building was the bedroom...More

Its an easy - quick - Free visit. I can actually say I learned some things about President Lincoln's Gettysburg address. The place doesn't exactly jump out at you - but it is so easy to visit when you are walking in the downtown area....More

This was attraction we read about but kind of put off until we were walking around Gettysburg and stumbled upon it. Decided to go in and see what it looked like. A nominal fee was required, and the receptionist talked me into going ing. So...More

Nice museum of another part of the story. Does not take too much time, as it is an easy read and listen on 2 floors.

Beautiful historic house. It gives me chills to think that Abraham Lincoln (one of our countries greatest Presidents) visited, ate, slept and finished his Gettysburg Address in this House. Don’t miss this stop when in Gettysburg.

There is no charge for admission. I was hoping it would be furnished completely with period items. Should be named David Wills Gettysburg Address House

We enjoyed that you can go through each room at your leisure and watch the video that covers the room your in and the history behind President Lincoln's visit! Also a quaint area of town for shops and food.

My husband and I spent several days in Gettysburg and this home was a highlight! It's a home, a museum, a carefully crafted story about it's most famous visitor, President Abraham Lincoln. I was grateful there was not a tour guide, because we could linger...More

The title about sums the visit up - at least for me. The exhibit was FREE. You only see a small gift shop in the front (street facing room), another 1st floor room and two rooms upstairs. There is an elevator. One upper room has...More

If you really want to read, see, and listen to everything the museum has to offer, I would say 11/2 to 2 hours.
