    Awesome park
Lovely little park in the middle of Manhattan. Many chairs and park benches for you to hang out and read a book. The picnic area is very nice but I’d check on their website before planning to go because lawns are often closed after it has rained the day before.

    Small Park
On my travels around New York I discovered loads of small parks dotted around the city. It's great that there are so many of these around so that people can use them to meet up, walk their dogs or just relax and enjoy nature. Madison Square Park which is not too far from Madison Square Garden is in the shadow of the famous Flat Iron Building and a perfect place to sit and pause and admire the architecture as well as the bustle of people going here and there.

Great park in the middle of Manhattan
One of my favorite parks in the city. They always have cool art installations and it’s a great picnic spot in the summer. Dog park is great. Also you can see some notable buildings like Empire State, Flatiron, and NY Life Building.

    Beautiful
Beautiful small park surrounded by the hustle & bustle of the city! Two dog parks are situated inside the park as well as lots of benches, & walking areas! There was an art sculpture set up as of Feb 2024 that was beautiful to check out!

    Manhattan Parks
Speaking from a tourist POV, I think all parks in Manhattan are great. Being that I’m a sucker for NYC architecture, I came here to take in the view of the Flatiron building. Conveniently, there is an indoor market across the street where we can grab a bite to eat or a drink, sit at the park and people watch. We don’t own a dog; however, we saw a dog park section. The attached pic happens to be of the building where Chelsea Clinton and J Lo live or lived.

Strolling around the area, especially on a hot day, you will notice how demonstrably cooler this is here. The variety of gardens is something else, the Shake Shack blends in well. The Ghost Trees exhibit is haunting but beautiful simultaneously. Friendly dog park, cute squirrels, this is a small oasis

This is a charming little park after Central Park. It's small but has enough benches, tables for a quick break, lunch, tea or just sit and read your favorite book. Eataly is across the street so I often get a snack from there and bring it back to the park. I highly recommend at least a walk through if you are in the Flatiron area. They always have interesting art installations/exhibits.

One of the most beautiful parks in New York, in front of the Flatiron Building. Full of tables and benches. You can read, eat, sunbathe without being disturbed. You can go to Eataly to buy something to eat... or simply to the bathroom.

We stumbled upon the park by sheer chance, after getting off the Hop On Hop Off bus stop by the Flatiron (directly opposite). It's a gorgeous little park, with plenty of benches and green spaces to relax on. Can highly recommend for a short sightseeing break.

A nice little oasis at the end of Broadway, where you can take a pit stop on your walk. It is quiet, even with a lot of traffic around the streets.
There is a nice playground for children, and at the same time there are cafes around, so you can enjoy a coffee to go in the park.
