I had one of the worst experiences of my life visiting attractions of this type when I went to FRIENDS Experience NYC. After finishing the tour, shortly before leaving the store I was treated extremely badly by security and later by staff members. It was a heavy rain outside and I just asked that I could stay for another 5 minutes until I decided where I was going and wait for an Uber. I received several shouts (???) warnings that I should leave immediately, with the justification that "I had already been in there too long". There was no consideration for the people who were there and who were surprised by the rain. Huge lack of care from all the staff who were there and with a horrible attitude, rude and causing an unnecessary scene. All I needed was another 5 minutes and I was, at that moment, completely alone in that space, without disturbing anyone!

This was really cool & worth the money. The staff was nice & very friendly. They didn’t rush you through & encouraged you take as many pictures as you wanted to (they’d even take pics of your whole party for you). They had a lot of scenes & props from the show. With the ticket, came 5 photos that they take (couch in front of fountain, moving couch up the stairs, wedding chapel, inside Monica & Rachel’s apartment, on the couch in the coffee shop) & send you at no extra charge. If you are a fan of the show, you will love this experience.

We had an absolute blast at the Friends Experience: The One in NY. We were big fans of the show, so we were really excited to get tickets to visit here and we were not disappointed. I would say that we probably spent an hour or so walking through the Friends Experience. The beginning is part museum--lots of props and costumes from the show, copies of autographed scripts, etc. It was fun to see Phoebe's guitar and Ross' leather pants, for example. There are also lots of sets recreated--it was kind of crazy to find myself in the girls apartment, or relaxing in Joey's recliner, or sitting on the iconic couch in the Central Perk. Those were really well done and a lot of fun to explore. There's lots of videos running throughout and at one point a huge TV screen that had a Friends trivia game you could play. When you first arrive at the experience, you're given a QR code that you can scan at each photo op (there's many 8-10 photo ops where staff scan your code and take your photo). We were thrilled that they email these photos all to you immediately after your experience at no additional cost! So fun! You're also welcome to take photos of your own throughout. When you leave the experience, you end up in the replica Central Perk, which is an actual operating coffee bar...it was so cool to actually get a coffee at the Central Perk. From there you exit into a small gift shop. I will say that if you're not a big fan of the show, it's probably not worth the price of admission, which I think was around $45. But for big fans, it was 100% worth it! We had a blast!

Expensive for what you get. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and the merchandise is not great. I would say for a FRIENDS fanatic, it is probably cool to see the real taxi and the set recreation but in general it was very ho-hum. We were disappointed. OH, they also move you through like cattle, and take pics of you each stop, uploaded and emailed to you. That's nice for people wanting the pics, BUT you will stand behind a bunch of other people to get these many pics taken.

Would not recommend. We had the 7pm slot but little did we know the gIft shop would close at 8pm. At the start we were huddled into a room and had to wait therefore experience didn’t get started until 7:15pm. Then we were urged around very quickly indeed saying that we only had 45mins. At each room/scene the staff kept saying you got ‘x’ minutes left, over and over. Leaving the customer to feel very pressured. Then my children who are big fans of friends had saved their holiday money as they wanted to purchase a momento in the gift shop. Unfortunately we were practically pushed out the exit door and told the shop is now closed (by the way they were still serving other customer at the toll). No empathy from staff and got a smart remark that the website says it closes at 8pm. Oh and they did suggest we could order something from their website which is definitely not the same as getting it there and I assume international shipping costs to the uk would be very expensive for an already 60min (on paper) but reality is a 45 min experience under pressure. Why would the company running this experience have a last booking at 7pm, states on its website that it’s a 60min experience and close the shop at 8pm?? I’m struggling to understand this one and the rudeness of the staff.
