Neighbourhood: Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Gorgeous. Like a fabulous museum of jewelry and art, but not stuffy at all.
Gorgeous new interior. Be sure to see the ceiling on 5th level and the B at Tiffany little room. Do check out what you can do with aluminum foil!! The BEST part for me: the staff. All amazing and friendly and adorable and handsome and chic and full of energy. When younger, we shapped at Tiffany all the time. Even got gold wedding bands there. Things are more pricey now! The $30.00 key chain is now $220 or so. BUT in your lifetime, if you can afford it, you should have something from Tiffany. Go and enjoy. dr jst

    Very enjoyable shopping experience
We came to buy our daughter a present for her 18th birthday and this beautiful store did not disappoint. We had a leisurely look around all the floors which are lovely. Our daughter was helped to make her choice in a very leisurely and helpful way nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our daughters 18th an extremely memorable shopping experience. I would definitely recommend Tiffany Flagstore it’s stunning. Thank you.

    Simply Glamorous!
My husband took me to NYC for my birthday weekend. Visiting Tiffany & Co's landmark store was such a glamorous treat! From the moment we stepped inside, we experienced the BEST customer service!!! We started on the 7th floor and took the grand staircase down through the various levels. We saw wonderful collections, Audrey Hepburns dress, home decor, and more. We purchased some cologne and perfume from a wonderful employee (I feel bad that I can't remember his name, but I think it started with M and he is relatively new). He was great and truly made my special day that more special!! We were served refreshing sparking water, as well. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left--it was such a great experience!! We can't wait to go back on our next trip to NYC!!!

    The store is awesome!
About a week ago we spent a weekend in New York. The highlight was visiting the Tiffany flagship store on Firth Avenue. The store has been under renovation for two a dv a half years and reopened earlier this year. The store is spectacular. It is about eight stories, with different floors focusing on different luxury categories. This includes designer jewelry, silver, gold, engagement rings and tableware. The staff is very friendly and approachable. They realize many people are just looking. You might be asked if you want a glass of sparkling water while you are shopping. The bathrooms are spectacular and worth a visit. The store has a restaurant, The Blue Box Cafe. I found it difficult to get a reservation in advance, but learned they can accommodate walk ins at the bar, if you want to stop in for a coffee and a seat is available. One of the unique features is the ceiling of the Blue Box Cade is covered with Tiffany Blue boxes of all sizes. They serve breakfast and afternoon tea. The store is awesome. It will take an hour or two simply to walk from top to bottom. Plan on spending awhile and enjoying every moment. Are there negatives? Finding parking nearby means paying for a parking garage. That is standard for anyone driving into midtown Manhattan.

    This is a NYC Must.
This was my first trip the Landmark store and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was gorgeous!! The staff were all polite and helpful. I made only a small purchase but the associate was patient and helpful. Tiffany’s will forever be my favorite and it was so fun to experience this particular location.

Breakfast at Tiffany's is very special
Right from the start, this place is amazing. The store is stunning with beautiful jewellery but the Blue Box cafe is just as jaw droppingly beaufiful. Service is outstanding and the cream tea is delicious. Yes its expensive, but was a real treat and definitely a highlight of our New York trip.

    Time to spoil the family
Took the opportunity to visit their flagship store, not realising it was multiple floors. Attentive staff ensured you were provided with the appropriate product range and service, making you feel appreciated. Offered refreshments, which was welcome given the heating in the store.

Worth a visit to be so close to the classic beauty of Tiffany's!
The store is gorgeous - beautiful to walk around and includes an art exhibit on the top two floors with welcoming and helpful staff. Price-range wise we were sticking to the 5th floor silver jewelry, which is still a splurge; the customer service on that floor wasn't as good as I would have expected. We gave up on the accessories section because no one would help us even after we asked; we did eventually get assistance in picking out a couple pieces of silver jewelry and the woman helping us was perfectly nice, though the staff on that floor in general seemed to have an attitude. Definitely worth a visit even if you don't buy anything - it's Tiffany's after all!

My first ever Tiffany visit 😍

Classy looking store with well dressed friendly staff that don’t pressure you into buying anything.

I did leave my husband outside sweating a little as I did purchase a Tiffany classic necklace which I only eat on special occasions.

When I return I will be purchasing the matching earrings ♥️

We revisited the Tiffany landmark store about a week ago. Although it is obviously a store, it is also a destination and an experience.

They have an art exhibition on two upper floors. You make a reservation. It is free. The exhibition was not crowded. The art is from the personal collection of the designer responsible for the redesign of the building. They have guides to show you around.

Everyone at Tiffany wears similar clothing, so they have a way to differentiate guides from sales consultants. The guides wear a great looking dragonfly broach. It looks fabulous but are not for sale at this point.

The store is a great place to shop, but it also great to experience. A little of effort has gone into designing every aspect of the renovation.

We try to visit th3 store every time we get into the city.

Where as previous visits to this establishment were fantastic to say the least this time it was just disappointing.

We just didn’t get the service that we expected in that the person that was serving us just didn’t seem to be interested.

Big Tiffany fans that felt let down

Unfortunately this store is let down by very poor staff on the 5th floor luckily we had spoken to a lovely lady on the 6th floor who eventually assisted us. We waited on the 5th floor for over 30 minutes watching staff serve others before us. We were leaving the store but decided to go back to the 6th floor and purchased our item. The lady in question was Theresa and she was lovely, great service and a credit to Tiffany’s if only the other staff had been as nice it would have been a far more pleasant experience. Well done Theresa is most certainly a credit to Tiffany and customer service and dedication to a company.

As a longtime Tiffany’s fan, a customer for over 25 years to be exact, I was excited to see the mothership of you will at this iconic location. Sadly was disappointed that they didn’t have any holiday decorations or sigh of joyful moments. Sad to see some traditions die…

Came here whilst on fifth Avenue and wanted to visit the legendary store. I was very underwhelmed from the whole experience and felt like I was followed around the store.
Been ticked it off and won't return
