    I had a blast!
I had a blast! Friendly staff, inspiring and vibrant vibes in every room. It was like going back in time to my childhood when happiness seemed so easy and colorful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel simply happy!

    Sense experience
This was a great thing to do on a rainy morning. You have to precooked online or use the QR code on the doors to book. You enter a world of colours sound, tatse and smell it really is one for the senses . Great place to take some Instagramable picture and to make memories with friends 😊 Had a great time at this one way routed attraction.

    So fun!!!
Both my 8 year old and 11 year old loved it. Took about an hour to go through from start to finish. There are cameras through that you can scan your QR code to, the photos are emailed to you at the end free of charge. Definitely worth the cab ride to Soho to visit.

A fun Saturday afternoon on a winter day
On a winter day, the Color Factory was a fun activity to get out of the apartment and spend times with young kids. It was a little crowded on a Saturday afternoon but the staff does a good job of managing the flow of people. The exhibits are multi-sensory - smells that relate to different colors, a silent disco, a ball pit, etc. The treats along the way and opportunities to take photos together make it a fun, interactive experience.

    Surprises and great experiences
Our 5 year old grandson came to spend a week with us. We were looking for some fun experiences in Manhattan and came across The Color Factory. We thought that we would give it a try since my grandson is into rainbows. We were thoroughly satisfied. The experience the treats and the staff were all wonderful. A special favorite was the ball pit. It was very large and had a slide the my grandson enjoyed for over an hour. There were special surprises in each part. The staff was very patient and kid friendly. A wonderful day for all of us.

WASTE OF TIME and lost a couple of brain cells walking through this place. All the positive reviews must be fake unless those are from people that were inebriated or high and so the lack of any content whatsoever wouldn't be an issue. This was such a shame as there is so much opportunity to really explore color in art and nature and food and emotion. This was just ridiculous. $60 for parking and $38 per ticket to waste an hour (wait time is nuts even with a reservation! ) and then you are grouped with many others that might actually be distracting to the one room that was somewhat interesting ( the room with the wall murals that change based upon lighting). The staff is young and fun but that really can't make up for the lack of anything to learn, see or do here.

This isn´t a fun activity at all!. All rooms are boring and can be explored in less than 1 minute. The ball pit is cool for photos but not worth $40 dollars, it smells and it is definitely not worth it!! I have read reviews about people really having fun here and I believe those are not real reviews. I would love to have my money back, I feel robbed.

We visited The Color Factory on a Thursday morning and we were by ourselves except for one exhibit. The place was very festive and clean and friendly staff. There are cameras set up to take your picture after you scan your ticket. The photos are emailed to you, but you can also, use your own camera The. children we took were ages 7 and 8 and they really enjoyed their visit. They especially like the huge ball put and the confetti room.

The Color Factory provides a very good interactive experience showing how different colors are used in different iconic NYC structures. You walk from one color-themed room to another, with a supplied personal QR code allowing both picture taking and personalized interactions with some of the displays. Various local artists have contributed ideas for each room; it's interesting to read what they were thinking when creating these.

The highlight is the final room, which has a giant vat of blue balls that allow you to wade and even swim in. With all the tasty treats along the way, this is recommended for children also.

We had so much fun! There’s nothing too “deep” here but a lovely excuse to spend an hour as a big kid. Exhibits are all different, snacks are tasty (and there’s an allergen list so ask for that - veggies are fine and vegans can have a few bits!) and there’s loads of opportunities to take cool photos which they send to you after.

We were very fortunate and went when it was relatively client (a Friday night, around 6.30pm) a bad would recommend finding a quiet time as I think more people would have ruined it.

We didn’t even make it past online ticket purchasing - but we tried and are glad it didn’t work out!

First the price…48.00 PER PERSON?!!! Second, the online purchase requires all sorts of personal information through at least two screens, finally after the second we said NO MORE and deleted everything and walked out.

So glad we left because the reviews, pics and comments about this place were what we didn’t know. I’m not looking for an instagram moment and I don’t need to pay $48 for a itsy bitsy pack of jelly beans…weird…this all seems like a ploy for marketing ops.

Buh bye.

This was a total surprise for me.. We booked it with my 10 yo granddaughter in mind thinking we would go for her... Well to my surprise I had a great time also.. The activities were fun, some contemplative, interactive, some were very yummy and from 10, 40+ to 60+ we all really enjoyed our 2 hours there.. My first time in a ball pit and it was really fun, felt a little like PT for my knee, LOL.. The staff were super friendly, helpful and explained the activity if we needed it.. The confetti room was super fun!! There were cameras in each room / activity so you could scan your QR code and then get in place and countdown to snap shot. The photos then went to your email or you could purchase them in the gift shop if you wanted.

We went to the Color Factory with our 7 1/2 and 4 year old grandkids and we all had a good time. In particular they loved the Ball Room and Confetti Room and all of the colorful snacks. We spend over 2 hours there. Adults and kids pay so it adds up but if you are looking for something fun to do for a few hours consider this.

It was great! It was very well organised and there were lots of staff near by to assist or help. They managed the crowd control very well.
They had lots of safety and hygiene measures in place.
We visited with a 1 year old and they had a great time. A fun place for all the family. Would definitely recommend.
