Great tour. Easy walk. This was an extremely pleasant way to spend an evening in San Francisco. It isn't packed full of haunted locations, but it is a good mix of "hauntingly dark" stories of the city, from serial killers, to cult leaders, to ghosts. It is an eclectic mix of the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood... which matches the feel of that part of the city. The owner is a wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, energetic guide. He is fun to listen to, and he knows that area quite well. It was FREEZING, and we were there mid-April. I recommend a winter jacket, gloves, a scarf, whatever... Bring a backpack to carry it all in if it is too warm, but MAN... it was cold! That is my only gripe though, and it had nothing to do with the tour. The website is very clear about how you should dress, and that it can be cold. Just be smart, wear the right clothes.

Had so much fun! Group was a nice size. Guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I don't know how he did it, but we didn't walk up a single hill!

This was a terrific blend of fact, urban legend, and history, and Tommy is a amazing storyteller. The two hours went by too fast, I could have done 2 more. If you're in San Francisco you absolutely MUST do this!

The guide on this tour is enthusiastic and entertaining. He knows the area and his neighbours, he speaks passionately about history, and has a lot of great stories. Unfortunately, there's not a lot that's 'haunted' about this tour. Within the first hour, we only saw one haunted location. The tour then meandered past beautiful Queen Anne Victorian houses (lovely to see, but not really paranormal). There were three more haunted sites along the way before ending at a bar, but there was a lot of dead time (pun intended) between each. Definitely seek out other haunted tours before this one. San Francisco is full of them.

Great tour, very informative and exciting. Tour guide was an amazing story teller and very captivating. Not a difficult walk and the tour guide informs you on a lot of San Francisco's haunted history. A very committed ghost hunter and interesting stories from the Haight-Ashbury district. If you have time during your visit this would be one of your favorite things. Would most definitely recommend this tour.
