My sister and I flew into Guam for just a few days. Unbeknownst to us, there was a multinational military exercise happening and therefore, no rental cars. No public transportation either. We were desperate to find something to do. We called several tour companies, but due to the pandemic most were not operating.
Then we called Tina at Scuba Company Marine Sports. We told her we were only going to be here for 2 days and really wanted to go snorkeling. Tina went above and beyond!! She personally came to pick us up at the hotel and brought us to the boat. Along the way, she pointed out places of interest and described the different areas we were going through. We got to the boat and despite the small group, a thorough safety briefing was given. The crew was personable, professional and made us feel welcome. Tina came along as well.
On our trip, we were able to see spinner dolphin playing in our wake and then we stopped to snorkel. It was beautiful to see all the 🐠🐟, beautiful bright blue star fish, angel fish, a spotted eel and so much more. It was a really great time. On our way back to the harbor, Captain Joe pointed out a sea turtle as well. What more could we ask for??
Once back, Tina drove us back to our hotel and again pointed out other things to see, restaurants she recommended and even offered to stop at a grocery store in case we needed anything. From the moment I first spoke to her, I knew I met a special person and what a reflection on the company she has worked for for 30 years! She is a proud resident and proud of her heritage. We are so very grateful for all she did for us, and can't recommend this company enough!!
Tina, thanks for everything. We will definitely look you up again when we return to Guam!

I chose Scuba company's dolphin watching by two reasons below.
- If you can't see dolphon, you can try again another day.
- Alchol is not permitted different from other Korean company.
(I trust scuba company's safety policy)
In result, I saw dolphins and had great experience during tour.
And I want to appreciate the staff who helped me in the office in regaring to
paying creditcard problems.
I misunderstood there was something wrong at charging credit card at scuba company.
because My credit card had charged again in Hilton G hotel right after being charged at scuba company.
But The staff (ma'am at the desk) helped me for about 30 min and calling vendor and Hotel instead of me. I can not speak English well.
I was sorry about supecting and thank to her for helping me kindly.
It was proved my fault (did not cancel Hotel reservtation and accomodate at other hotel. Cancellation rate was charged due to No-show)
Anyway thanks to her, Our family could enjoy the remained tour with no worry.

Kind of worried i couldnt scuba dive successfully; however, the instructor guided us very attentively. Finally, i did make it and everything underwater was so impressive. Have to thank him a lot here but what a pity i dunno his name. Hope to have another scuba-diving in Guam.

The crew at Aqua Walk are amazing. They were very attentive and provided great advise on gear (thanks Ron). Thanks to Josh who especially paid close attention to my 8 year old, during the entire Aqua walk, ensuring he had a safe and memorable underwater experience. Will we come back? YES! And will bring more friends!

また、ダイビングスポットはどのビーチになりますか？スケジュールによっては、ホテル送迎ではなく、直接行っても構わないでしょうか？

子供用のウエットスーツなどあるのでしょうか？
