We love this little town. We had a wonderful lunch here at The Oak and Acorn restaurant in Camas. Spent a few days visiting a friend in town. We always stop by the Pendleton outlet just to check out what they have. Beautiful town we will return soon.

So gorgeous. You must stop and take in the view. It’s not far from Vancouver WA, and so worth it because it’s also a beautiful drive amongst the trees.

Definitely worth pulling over to take in the scenery on this gorgeous gorge drive. Won’t take longer than a few minutes to get a good shot and continue on.

I stop here from time to time on my way home. There's a very nice view of the Columbia River Gorge. More so to the east than the west. And, if you look down and to the east there's a big, beautiful pasture area that's incredibly picturesque.
I wouldn't call this a destination but it's a very nice spot to stop as you're passing through.

A great way to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Columbia River Gorge. It's a popular hike so you'll see a lot of people on the trail especially on the weekends. If you want to get to the lookout without the long hike you can park Upper Trailhead at Strunk Road and have a shorter and not so steep a hike. However in general it's not a "hard" hike but I would definitely say a good moderate hike. Pay attention to the loose stones and roots on the path.

We decided to drive out route 14 and catch the view from the Washington side - yesterday we were in the Oregon side. Huge view!

This Overlook is one of the coolest places on Evergreen Highway (SR 14), and there are plenty of cool places on "14". I live about 2 miles from Cape Horn, and I never get tired of seeing the view!

The Cape Horn trail is well maintained and offers some fantastic views of the Columbia River. The Nancy Russell Lookout is approximately 2.5 miles in, going up through wooded forests, then crossing a country road and meadow. The area past the Nancy Russel Lookout is restricted during certain months due to the peregrine falcon nesting season. The trail has a small parking lot, vault toilets and maps of local points of interest.

Amazing I love it. This is one of the best looks outs I have seen. This place is on the top ten most beautiful places in the world for like 2017 or 2018.

We come here often, but this is the first time I've been here late in the fall (29Nov). The view is as beautiful as always, but the wind can be fierce. Be sure to bundle up so the wind chill doesn't get you--you'll want to enjoy the views!
