Used New Travel Services for an airport transfer to and from our Airbnb and the process could not have been smoother. Communicating was a breeze. The drivers were friendly, on time, and went the extra mile to help us out. The cars were clean and comfortable. Recommend to anyone needing a driver in Sicily.

The New Travel Services website was clear and easy to use to book and pay for taxi services. The drivers were friendly, on time and spoke very good English. The vehicles were first class.

We had several segments of travel with at least three drivers and all of them went perfectly. This is the most reliable company I have dealt with, There communication was excellent and when I made changes, they adjusted smoothly and with great follow through.

Amazing services from Christian and New Travel Services!
I chose New Travel Services from the excellent reviews on the internet, and I was not disappointed!
Before we even arrived in Sicily, I was in touch with Christian with numerous questions, and he always promptly responded on What'sApp.
We were going to book our transfers with a taxi service from the hotel, but Christian's was much more reasonable.
Our plane from NY arrived 2 1/2 hours late in Rome and we missed our connection to Catania, the hydrofoil from Milazzo to Salina, and the first night at the hotel in Salina.
We were delayed 9 hours in Rome. No problem for Christian! He told me not to worry, said he'd be at the Catania airport no matter what time we arrived, and recommended a hotel in Milazzo. He delivered on his promises, was waiting for us at the airport some 9 hours after we were supposed to land, and drove us in the middle of the night to Milazzo! Along the way, we learned about Christian, his family and his business! He even recommended his brother's restaurant in NYC, Piccolo Cucina where we had an amazing dinner in October!
We used his services again for our trip from Milazzo to Catania with one of his partners, and all went as planned.
Obviously, I highly recommend Christian and New Travel Services for his professionalism, kindness and communication skills.

An excellent service, taking all the stress out of getting around Sicily during our vacation. We used them on three occasions for transfers to/from Catania airport. They were reliable, helpful and informative - much more than just taxi drivers. For example, our first driver, Maurizio, was waiting for us at the airport and contacted our Airbnb host in Ortigia to make sure he dropped us at exactly the right spot. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Reasonably priced trip. Were there waiting at the airport when we came through and turned up early at the hotel for the return leg. Friendly and informative and most importantly reliable. Would recommend.

From the moment I contacted them, they were spectacular! I must’ve had my plans changed at least five times where I had to email them each time. Each time they had no problem reconfirming the pick up Transfer from the airport at CTA to Taoromina . Their price was extremely reasonable in fact €10 cheaper than anyone else I contacted. And their service was outstanding! The fella was there waiting for me with a sign in my name on the card and a beautiful air condition van. I was very happy! I will be taking them back to the CTA airport in a few days at 4 AM in the morning! I highly recommend this company!

We booked a private transfer from Palermo to Taormina with a 3 hour stopover in Cefalu. We had never used this company but saw its excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. I was nervous, as Christiane can attest due to my million e-mails, which he answered promptly, but I am very satisfied with the service.
The driver arrived promptly, The car was very comfortableand she helped with our luggage and had water on hand.
She was more than a driver, she was always pointing to interesting sights along the way and answering all our questions. When we arrived in Taormina she helped with the luggage since the hotel did not send anyone to help.
We were so happy with the service that we booked our transfer from Taormina to the Catania airport with them too. Again the driver was very helpful and on time

I stumbled on someone else's review of this company, and wrote to them as a backup to one I found myself. They answered immediately and in English ... my series of ever-changing dates and destinations for various transfers was never too much for them, they were always on time (early), in clean cars (sometimes top end merc, sometimes clean large people-mover/van), good English and prices I couldnt beat. I understand their forte is tours but I didnt need any, only transfers at this time but I will DEFINTELY recommend them to any friends going to Sicily and use myself if/when I return.
You can feel confident you are in relable hands and getting a good price if you book with this company. And I dont give praise easily.

Excellent service and the most competitive price we found for our Catania airport transfer. The driver arrived at our hotel early, he was very presentable and had very good English. The 6 seater vehicle was top range and very clean. Very good communication at all times from Christian. I have no hesitation in recommending New Travel Services.

Hello,,,I am Kedar from India visiting Italy with my Parents. I am interested in a day trip to Corleone and Palazzo Adriano. During the trip I am interested in seeing Mafia museum and Cinema Paradiso Museum. I am landing at Palermo on 09 Jun at 9:35 AM and would like to start the trip on arrival. We are carrying only shoulder bags,,no suitcases. Return would be to hotel at Palermo same day. Is this possible? Also if you could give estimate of time and cost of trip. Warm regards

I do not know as it was a package trip for us from the airport. Christian should be able to answer your question - send it directly to them. A taxi from our hotel cost 20 euro one way.

We did a a half day trip but with Etna People. Was actually 6 hours and cost us EURO 59 which we thought was very good. They said would have a snack at the end but was more like lunch. Great Value.

Hi, Our ship MSC Fantasia will dock at Messina from 8 am to 6 pm on 22 Sep 2015. My wife and I are keen to visit Mt. Etna and Taormina. We are flying in & out of Catania from Naples. We arrive on Aug. 29th at noon and depart at 10:15 pm on Sept. 1st.
We have not made any hotel reservations at this time because I didn't know if it would be necessary. I wanted to check with you first to see if you had a tour that would include hotels.
We would like to see the Valley of the Temples & I see you have one leaving Catania but ending in Palermo. That would not work for us. We need to end in Catania. Should we do day trips from a central town like Siracusa or perhaps do 2 nights in Siracusa & one in Agrigento? We are open to suggestions and desperately need help in planning our time there. We are 72 & 74 and in good health but with bad hip & knee joints.
