I liked the castle very much but unfotunately it's the only location that worth a visit in Vibo Valentia. The rest of the city doesn't offer you many attractions. It has a big and nice museum. A guide explained us few this about it's history....More

On top of the hill is the castle with great views across the countryside and inside is the well laid out archeological museum. The display on pot making was very informative and the bronze helm its upstairs were magnificent.
