I followed the 200 hours Teacher Training led by Satya in Rishikesh last year, and it was a life-changing experience. I felt truly blessed and honored to learn with such an experienced, luminous and encouraging teacher. I can see how my practice has grown and been enriched by this experience, and I can't wait to start spreading all the knowledge and wisdom Satya shared with us. The setting in which the training took place was magical and peaceful, and I got to meet an amazing group of people. I can only recommend choosing Satya Yoga Ashram if you want to learn traditional and authentic Hatha Yoga or start your journey as a yoga teacher.

I am happy to share my experience after doing my 200hours and 300hours with Satya Yoga Ashram.
It was a great experience during which I really learned authentic and traditional yoga, I chose this school for its seriousness, experienced teachers and mostly Indian and translation into French.
But also for all the courses offered and the very complete program including yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama, pineapple, shatkarma, mantra, alignment, methodology, anatomy...
I emerge transformed with new valuable tools for my practice and teaching.
Thanks to Satya and all her team who made this adventure possible, I recommend these trainings to anyone curious to learn more about Yoga, and who wants to acquire solid foundations and develop them.

I completed my 300 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training with Satya and I recommend to those who wish to learn the traditional and authentic teachings of yoga. The teachings are based on traditional Hatha Yoga. Asana, Philosophy, Mantra chanting were best part of my practice. It is best Yoga school in Rishikesh.
