    Best Ganga Arti ever!
Triveni ghat is one of the many ghats where Ganga Arti is performed! We had goosebumps when the Arti was being performed! Young kids chanting perfect Sanskrit shlokas and sixteen of them performing first beams aarti and then real aarti! Live singers singing aarti and post aarti the whole crowd broke out into a dance on the religious songs! Worth and experience in life!

    Blessed to have visited here.
I loved this experience. The ganga is breathing, the views are pretty, the vibe is electric to say the least. There were a few Mandirs on the site. The pooja starts about 1730, and the main aarti around 1800, that's what we attended. U should tc of your belongings as apparently lots of pickpockets around. There many shopping stalls and food places too. We loved the visit, I hope you will love it too. JAI GANGA MA

Triveni Ghat - The Divine Ghat
The Triveni Ghat is a beautiful ghat. On top of the gate of the ghat is the sculpture of the divine chariot with the greatest Lord Krishna conversing with King Arjun! This conversation is immortalized into the divine tome – The Bhagwat Gita! An amazingly beautiful sculpture. And so overwhelmingly divine! This ghat is enclosed. You have to keep your shoes outside before entering the enclosure. And the problem starts here itself. There is a shoe keeping enclosure that can accommodate a few hundred pairs. But it wasn’t managed well. I think it’s a free service so its fairly indifferent in its service. The crowd was overwhelming during the Aarti. A lot of bhakti songs were being sung. And more than that – sloganeering which was interesting. Once it was over, the ambiance was serene. No tea was allowed in this part of the ghats.

A visit to Triveni Ghat in Rishikesh
Triveni Ghat is a clean, beautiful place to visit and participate in Ganga Aarti in the evening that starts promptly at 6 pm and lasts for about 30 minutes. It is splendid and worth the visit. Try to be there by 5 pm to get good seats. It does get crowded. You must remove your shoes and there is a place to deposit your shoes (free of charge). Staff organizes the event well. However, to get to Triveni Ghat one has to travel through some crowded narrow streets.

    Excellent view of aarthi.
We were here for the aarthi of ganga in evening. It starts at 6:45pm. The ghat was very close to hotel and atmosphere during aarthi is great. Do visit in the evening when you visit rishikesh, it is a good place to sit in peace and watch the river.

    Feel the vibe
Navigating the narrow and bustling roads leading to Triveni Ghats in the evening can be challenging. For a more comfortable journey, consider taking an auto, which can drop you off near the ghat area. To enhance your visit, it's crucial to be mindful of the aarti timings, which may vary with the changing seasons. Arriving at least one and a half hours before the scheduled aarti time is advisable to secure a good view and seating. Note that the first three rows are reserved for visitors who have paid for special puja, and a barricade separates this area from the standing section. Even if you arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony, standing space in the general section may be limited. The aarti experience at Triveni Ghats is captivating, commencing with the dhoop aarti, followed by the main aarti accompanied by soulful aarti songs playing in the background. It is a spiritual spectacle that you won't want to miss. As the aarti concludes, there might be a more relaxed stance on barricade enforcement. This could provide an opportunity to move closer to the aarti place and even participate in the ceremony. However, exercise caution and be mindful of your belongings, especially in crowded areas. Visiting Triveni Ghats offers a profound spiritual experience, and with these insights, you can plan your visit to make the most of this unique and culturally rich setting.

    Prayer to Ganga
This was an unforgettable experience! We participated in the aarti and this made it special as we were not just spectators. After buying the tickets we were asked to sit near the front. It was very well organized. The line of priests guided us with some prayers before the aarti. The aarti itself was mesmerizing, the priests moving like a choreographed dance and we followed their actions! Something not to be missed!

A Mesmerizing Journey: Immersed in Spiritual Harmony at the Aarti
Attending the aarti was an unforgettable journey into spiritual serenity. From the moment we purchased our tickets, we were welcomed warmly and guided to a prime seating area near the front. The organization was impeccable, and the priests' gentle guidance through pre-aarti prayers added depth to the experience. As the aarti unfolded, we were entranced by the harmonious movements of the priests, feeling as though we were part of a beautifully choreographed dance. It was an immersive and captivating experience that left a lasting impression of divine connection. Truly a moment to cherish.
