Although I did not have a regular practice of Yoga. Svadhyaya Kosha changed all that. I had an awesome experience with my 200 Hour yoga teacher training at Svadhyaya Kosha.
The staff does take care of every student with complete guidance on how to perform each yoga pose.
You are given complete time to practice each asana to perfection.
Svadhaya Kosha is 10 on 10 in my books if you want to seriously learn the art of Yoga.

As a beginner, I had my doubts when choosing Svadhyaya Kosha but they stood solid on all they promised.
Yoga gurus made sure I did not face any problem with a yoga asana. Now, I can perform each yoga asana with ease and also share the knowledge with others.
Svadhyaya Kosha gets a 20 out of 10 in my books! If you too want to experience Yoga at its finest, then choose them ! I did not regret it!

Close to nature! Very peaceful ... authentic food. Teachers are highly qualified and experienced. I had a wonderful stay at Svadhyaya Kosha.

One of the best yoga schools in the country. I had been looking forward to join Svadhyaya Kosha for a few months, and when I finally got the chance to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, I didn't waste even a single day to enroll. I mean who would like to let the chance of getting flexible and physically fit go, right?

Svadhyaya Kosha in one word - Amazing! I did 200 hr YTT from Svadhyaya Kosha. The learning experience was great. The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much Svadhyay Kosha for this beautiful journey of yoga that you made me come on to. I never thought that I would ever discover my spiritual self and transform my life in this way. Every single thing out there was just beyond my expectations. I felt guided, cared for and deeply loved by the professionals as well as the yogic atmosphere. I’m not only grateful for the teachings that were provided me but also for your kindness, for the joy and laughter we shared together. You guys became my family. Also thank you to all the other warm-hearted members of your team. This was an unforgettable experience for me no doubt which changed my whole perspective on life. I'm looking forward to meeting you again soon.
