I'm a wedding photographer. I have had the opportunity to shoot weddings here several times and the main judge is so so nice! This building is beautiful and has lots of great photography opportunitys. Bring lighting when shooting here is my only advice to photographers

I am a lawyer and handle probate cases from time to time here. It is a great old courthouse right on the edge of downtown so there are great shops and restaurants within an easy walk.

great, old, historic courthouse - very picturesque for all your needs - whether a family pic or a place to get married by the JP on duty. It's a cool location - and close to downtown eateries that more than serve your needs.

Built in 1895, this Renaissance Revival courthouse resembles the Texas State Capitol. It is constructed from pink Texas granite and cost over $400,000 to build. It can also be seen in the Chuck Norris TV show Walker, Texas Ranger.

For fans of old buildings or people who want to make postcards of historic buildings, then this would be of interest. It is a fairly ornate old building. If that interests you, then go. Otherwise, drive on by and look at it.

The design is beautiful . The building is sturdy, well kept and was recently updated. The tall ceilings and spacious rooms are inviting. Feel free to drop by anytime and walk around.
