This is a MAGNIFICIENT museum of all things American Airlines. As a plane enthuasist I wanted to visit as many museums as possible to listen to the history of aviation in the U.S. Has a lot of interactive things for the younger kids. Also loved...More

This museum is a good mix between American Airlines celebrating itself and the history of aviation in the US. It’s smaller than I expected, but it’s a good way to pass an hour or two. The DC3 is actually pretty cool and reminds you how...More

American Air lines did a great job in not only promoting their company history but also the history of commercial aviation. Even the kids will enjoy this experience

If you like history this place is very good for you to visit. This place also showed the first flight and how the airplane can fly. Don’t forget to take photo with the old airplane and dont miss the movie

The museum is not that big; however, it has a good amount of information about AA's history including videos and equipment from years past. The one downside was a handful of the computer screens and other devices were not working that took away from the...More

If your in to aviation this place isn't bad. It's not quite what you might expect. It is more about the history of American Airlines than aviation in general.

There is a nice attached gift shop with AAL branded items as well as aviation theme items. Museum would take an hour + or -. Some children exhibits and a movie are included. Good over view of AAL and airline history.

Very nice museum with a DC-3 in the house. Nice area with the "Miracle on the Hudson" review and 9-11 tribute.

The museum is only minutes from the DFW airport, so a cab can certainly get you there. I don't know of any bus routes that go by there. Any cab company should be able to give an approximate cost by phone. Avoid the peak... More
