Even though it was very hot and humid, the water garden was very relaxing. There were breezes blowing intermittently while we took pictures and that help quite a bit. I just wish more of the water jets had been going. Many of them were off...More
If you have some spare time before a business meeting (the only reason for being in Fort Worth) this is not the worst place to spend it.

Went here on a Saturday morning, very quiet and serene. You can walk down to be a part of the actual sculpture. The grounds were very nice to walk around and enjoy the beauty of the water features. Best part,it was free.

The Water Gardens were a great quick stop. The waterfall pool has steps which are fun to climb down. Young children should be accompanied by an adult. The aerated pool was soothing. A great spot for photos.

This place is awesome for kids unless they have any issues with vertigo. The final pool might be a little scary as there are no handrails. Phillip Johnson was the brilliant architect. It's a real oasis in the middle of the city; there is even a small hidden area for almost-private sunbathing on the grass.
