Toured downtown Fort Worth and came across the museum. Admission was free which made it an attractive choice. Very impressed with the art work on display from several painters depicting scenes from the Old West including Indian encounters.

This small museum is located on Main St in downtown Fort Worth. I go regularly to be with my favorite Russell paintings. I can sit to contemplate for as long as I want. And this museum is FREE.

Was very impressed with the literature that provided very detailed insight regarding each piece of the collection. Staff was very hospitable, very comfortable venue. Great, especially considering that there is no admission fee!
