We drove into the historical district and paid $10 to park for the day. We started with the longhorns cattle drive with cowboys on horses. There was a longhorn cattle where you can sit on it for a pic. Watch out for those horns. We...More

Lived in Fort Worth for many years and always enjoyed bringing visitors to the Stockyards. The shops, restaurants and the entertainment were all with an Old West flavor.

When you go there you have to make sure you go at a time when the long horns are walking down the street. Dining here is great plus the shops have great souveniers

The cattle drives are every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., weather permitting. The best place to watch is in front of the Visitor's Center at 130 E. Exchange Ave.
