Beale Street was a great time for family! We stopped at BB King's Blues Club for supper and music. Our teenagers loved this experience and so did we, so much so that our son referred his entire band to stop here for their band trip...More

You simply cannot come to Memphis and not go to Beale Street. We were here on a Friday night, the main strip was closed off to vehicle traffic and there was a heavy police and security presence which made the place feel safe. There is...More

What can I say! Just the name and history says it all. I like the way Memphis parties! I also had the chance to get on the carriage ride. The horses are extremely smart.

We were there during the day hours. We were heading back home but just had to at least see the famous street. Stopped at some of the shops. Talked to some locals and had some great laughs.

The variety of excellent music emanating from each store front on Beale St is wonderful. It will be hard to choose where to go in and sit for a while!

This is not Hollywood Boulevard. It's Beale Street so it's loud, raw, smells in places, blinds you in others, but always leave me wanting more!

We walked down Beale Street for the first time. We parked at the Hard Rock Cafe and the valet parked our car. We got to see the Fed Ex Forum where the Memphis Grizzlies play which really made my son's day! We also went in...More

It is a little bit like 6th street in Austin. Great place to listen to music and get some flavor of the city. No kids please
