Well located in the town centre across from wetherspoons
Ugly looking building 60s brutal architecture.
However once inside, its very pleasant several venues, a good restaurant.
We were here for "cinder Path" which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very good performance.
Good views from all round

Went to the Brunton Theatre for the first time last night to see a Sixties Gold concert. Very impressive theatre. Intimate feeling in the front row. Could not fault it. Will be back soon to see something else.

Since moving to Musselburgh we absolutely love attending concerts here , been to a few recently and absolutely loved them , great staff great atmosphere great seating , but sadly our last event ELO again was a massive disappointment , not with the band who excelled themselves but ohh dear we were unfortunately sitting beside the most obnoxious group of people ever , very inconsiderate, they just blocked view by dancing unruly throughout , I know there was complaints as some staff tried to get them to stop , this has really put me off attending future events .. as I am aware now they appear to be regular at rock shows and do the same every time . It’s so unfair to other guests .. please management try and control this .. they were inebriated and rude .. they were not at Glastonbury .. I love a wee sing along and enjoy participating but this is very uncomfortable to experience

I feel comfotable at the busy Brunton which promotes a programme of visiting drama, dance, music, comedy, children’s theatre, film, workshops and musicals,.
Screenings of live opera, drama and dance from major London venues is also on the calendar as well as amateur and community productions.
The popular annual pantomime is a big attraction and there are two theatres, a 300-capacity tiered and a 500-seat main hall which hosts a variety of concerts.
The curved bar serves drinks before the show and during the interval (including Deuchars IPA £4 a bottle) while the popular bistro serves snacks and lunches as well as pre-theatre suppers.
Artwork around the distinctive building near the centre of town was created by Glasgow-based glass artist Deborah Campbell with fish, seaweed and waves in the design.
There is bags of parking in the surrounding area so take a look at the programme. There should be something to suit.

Went to a concert in the theatre. I was fortunate enough to have a front row seat but actually think anywhere woukd gave a good view. Different from anywhere I've been as there is no stage so the band are just right there in front of you. Seats comfortable and look very new. Toilets were very clean. Staff that I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and I fif one will be back.

Visited this theatre as we seeing a concert. The theatre was clean and well decorated and the staff were very helpful. The only downside is people with mobility problems need to be at the back due to the steep stairs in the theatre
