    Great place
Have been here on several occasions for concerts and other events. Always have a wonderful time! Snacks and drinks are a little on the pricey side, but to be expected at such a venue. Seating is easily found thanks to prominent labels on the access portals, stairs, and seats.

    Enjoyed the show........
Attended the Pentatonix concert on a recent December Monday evening. Show was to start at 7:00pm per the ticket information. Did not get started until around 7:40pm. No opening act. We had good seats in the lower bowl on the left side of the stage. Do not like floor seats as, depending on the concert, you may have to stand if the folks in front of you decide to do so. Stopped to pick up a bottled water for the wife and an employee came over and said that, if I understood her correctly, Pentatonix had requested the caps on any drinks sold be removed after the sail and given to her for disposal. I said thanks and did not buy the drink. Who wants to keep up with an open bottled water for a whole show. It was obvious by the water that we saw spilled all over the floor as we were leaving the concert lots of people struggled with this. Oh well, they lost the sale saving me over $4 for a 15 cent bottled water. Show was good. The arena handled the crowd fine. Was announced as a sell out by Pentatonix during their performance. Found nearby on the street parking nearby so we were able to scoot out of downtown for a quick getaway from the crowd after the show. I will never understand why anyone would park in the adjacent garages to get to deal with the mass exodus after the end of an event.

Great venue! Would definitely go back!
I went here with my Sister to see Journey and Toto, and we were on the floor. First, when we got there, going through security was very easy and everybody was nice. They also had some awesome food stands and drinks. The restrooms were immaculate! So clean! Lastly, they had some wonderful staff direct us to where we had to go and sit! Very clean arena all around!

Evidently 200 skaters on ice is the limit and all the tickets are sold out on line at the beginning of December!?
Thanks for public skating...it's a joke Bon Secours.

I love this place to see a concert. We have been twice and Bon Secours is a well run venue. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I went to the arena to watch the Swamp Rabbit hockey team this past Sunday. I purchased some overpriced lemonade and popcorn. Today I get a notification that someone was putting charges on my credit card. I'm not 100% certain that it happened here, at the arena, but I'm getting the sense that this is where they got hold of my credit card info. And now I get to set up all of my auto pays again. Thanks!

This is a little joint in G town. The joint is clean and I didn’t see any zombies or clodhoppers in the area.
The bathroom was clean and I felt safe; low chance of getting Seabass.

This is the first time we have been to thus arena. Pleased with parking as we arrived about 90 minutes before the concert. The staff was really nice. Entry was a breeze. We typically get seats on the floor in the first few rows but bought tickets later than usual. We actually like our seats in section 103 row dd. The venue was very clean and I was impressed that there was an attendant in the rest rooms. Nice touch. Disappointed with the Pepsi product as they are behind the times as wishing they had COKE line with COKE Zero.
Concessions were basics nothing special.
The arena was very nice and we enjoyed seeing Mercy Me.
We actually booked another concert while we were at the arena to see TobyMac in January. Great time!

We went to March madness this year and the first and second rounds were held here. The place is poorly run. They did not open the doors in time to allow the fans to get into the event. Many missed the first half of the Duke game. Bathrooms were filthy.

First let me say that my experience with this arena pertains only to the NCAA Basketball Tournament held here in March 2022. I had attended previous NCAA Tournaments at this venue in 2002 when it was known as the Bi-Lo Center and again in 2017 and had an enjoyable problem free visits. I don’t know if there has been a management change or what, but the 2022 visit was horrible, just about from start to finish. The tournament games were held on two days, with four game in two separate sessions on Friday March 18, and two more games on Sunday March 20, 20022. The Problems started when entering the arena for the afternoon session on March 18. The majority of ticket holder including myself, had E-Tickets on their phones. The self-scanning process was very slow as people were unaccustomed to using these devices. This really slowed down the entry process. After about a 30-minute wait I finally entered the arena and made my way to my seat. On the way I encountered the first of many rude employees. I ask one of the ushers if I was in the correct section and with out even looking at my ticket she pointed at the back wall of the arena and curtly said, “number on the wall – letter on the end of the seat. It’s that easy.” Wow, really. But I did find my seat and made my way back to the concessions on the concourse. I found a concession stand that has a relative short line, I was 9th in line but for one reason no one was being served. After waiting about 5-minute I left and made my way to another stand only to find the same thing. One of the concession worker said that the Point-of-Sale devices couldn’t connect. I ended up killing some time by walking around and after about 20-minutes found a concession stand that was operational and grabbed me a drink and snack. The games were good and enjoyable. At the end of the second game of the Afternoon session the arena was cleared of all fans, and you had to re-enter, scanning your session two ticket. The first game of the second session was Scheduled for a 7:10 tip and it involved the Duke Blue Devils. Needless to say, there were more than 10,000 waiting to get in. Because of the slow entry process from the previous session, I grabbed a quick sandwich from one of the nearby food trucks and quick got in line to re-enter the arena. There was about 50-people in front of me and we waited, and we waited, and we waited some more. Again, the first game was scheduled to tip at 7:10 and when 6:30 came and went, people were getting concerned and angry. Then to make matters worse a couple of guys in suits with walkie-talkies and credential on a lanyard around their neck came out. Several people began asking when the doors were going to open and received a very stern look but no answer from either guy. Finally, one of the suits told someone in the crowd, “you guys need to just calm down, the doors will open when we get ready.” Finally, they were ready and at 6:40, just 30-minutes before tipoff the doors opened. The slow ticket scanning process began. Needless to say, the arena was virtually empty when the Duke-Fullerton tipped off. Not a good look for the NCAA and CBS who was Televising the Game. The people sitting next to me finally made it to their seats with 3:40 left in the first half. This entire situation was totally unacceptable. I returned for Sunday’s Games and decided to Purchase a couple of souvenirs from the tent set up in front of the arena. This was a total disaster. After standing in line for about 20-minutes I finally made it to the front of the line and selection my merchandise. While scanning my credit card, the Point-of-Sale Devices went down. So, I waited, and I waited. After about 10-minutes I ask the salesperson to cancel my purchase as I didn’t want to wait any longer. She told me she couldn’t do anything as long as the device was down. I checked my online banking and saw where my purchase was pending and when I questioned the employee, she said nothing had gone through and that if I didn’t want to complete the transaction I could leave. I ask her about the pending charge, and she said it would “drop off.” I ask her who should I contact if it didn’t drop off and she all that information is on the receipt. One problem I didn’t have a receipt and ask again who I should contact for a credit if it didn’t “drop off.” She amazingly said, “Trust me, it will drop off.” Trust me, really, I don’t think so. I ask to speak with a supervisor and was sent to a side door of the arena where I was met by a very rude and confrontational female. Rather than answering my question or about “who to contact for a credit the charge remained on my card, she told me again all that information would be on my receipt. I then told her that I didn’t have a receipt and ask her to provide contact Information which she refused tell me again that the charge would drop off. I was getting the run a round from these merchandise vendors, who refused to give me any contact information to question the charge if it didn’t “drop off.” I became abrasive and rude. I demanded to speak with someone else to which she replied, “You need to just shut up and listen.” I told here that I wasn’t interested in hearing anything that she had to say and again demand to speak with someone else. She again told me to “shut up” and shut the door in my face. While I waited, I managed to contact my bank security office and filed a fraud report for the pending charge and any future charges from the merchandise vendor. Finally, a gentleman came out and talked to me. He explained things to me and gave me his business card. He advised me that he was sure that the charge would drop off but if it didn’t, I could contact him, and he would resolve the matter. Satisfied with his explanation I thanked him and prepared to go on my way. He attempted to give me a T-Shirt, but I refused his token gesture as I really didn’t want anything from a company who feels it’s appropriate to tell customers to shut up. For the record, the charge did drop off my account. I received a call from my back security office on Monday informing me that the pending charge was not complete and remove and that a fraud report had been completed and any future charges from this company would be declined as fraud. After this unpleasant experience I got in line and again endured the slow the ticket scanning process. After entering the arena, I attempted to make a purchase at the concession stands only to find that the Point-of-Sale devices were once again down and they were having to “reboot” their device. I chose no to wait and went to my seat. On an upside, both Sunday games between, Duke and Michigan State and Auburn and Miami were great games. While, I have enjoyed past NCAA Tournaments at this venue, this years’ experience totally left a bad taste in my mouth and was in no way a good look for the City of Greenville. The NCAA Should reconsider including this Venue in future Tournament rotations.
