The forest has really good access and you can hire bikes and wheelchairs on site. There is currently a Zog (Julia Donaldson) trail and a Gruffalo orientateering course. There is a large wooden carved gruffalo which the kids love to climb on and a Gruffalo’s...More

This is a great place to go with our two young boys. To just wander around and jump in the mud, play in the woods, and follow the Gruffalo trail to find the sleeping Gruffalo. It's all free, just pay for parking.
