Whilst there is nothing outstanding, it is interesting to track the many uses of the palace over the years. The collection of crests on the wall is unusual. I quite enjoyed the food themed art collection that was on display in April too.

We visited with our children having got married here many years ago. It is a beautiful setting for a wedding and our children enjoyed visiting too. It is less busy at spring time than in the summer.

Visited here June 2017 with good friends. We enjoyed walking around the palazzo and Certaldo Alto through all of the little shops and had a great pizza at one shop before leaving.

Such an old and exquisite and romantic place to get married with views that are breathtaking. Steeped in amazing history and the locals made us very welcome and enjoyed watching our family wedding, such a beautiful experience.

A visit to the Palazzo at the top of the hill in the old town is worth a visit. Very interesting exhibits inside giving an insight in historical life and times of this lovely town.

Definitely worth a visit and make time to visit at least one of the other properties in Certaldo alto as the price of 3 euros covers 2

Well-preserved castle full of frescoes and medieval pottery. What I liked the most was the historical graffiti written and scratched into the wall. Also, there are many coat of arms with the names of Tuscan nobility on display. So interesting.
