Free. Gorgeous. Easy access. Hike on marked trails or just take a short walk and enjoy the glorious view of the river gorge. Wait for a clear low humidity day for optimal view.

The Kellys Run trail leads to the Pinnacle overlook. The trail is fairly easy to navigate but can be challenging in a few spots. Better signage would be helpful. From the trail head the overlook is 2 miles and one needs to cross a shallow stream. The Overlook provides view of the Susquehanna valley.

Beautiful place to visit. Please come prepared with water and proper attire for hiking. I live on this road and have transported a lot of people back to Tucquan and Holtwood Park because they were lost. The trails require some skill and definitely energy! Lastly, please drive the speed limit. The speed limit is 25 mph. We see speeds of 45-55 at most times. There are 16+ children that live on this road. Please respect the people that live here and also other drivers. Enjoy your time. Thank you!

We did a long bike from Kelly’s Run parking lot to Pinnacle and beyond. The Conistoga Trail is the perfect day-long home opportunity. Amazing scene - albeit some steep climbs. You need water and layered clothing (depending on the time of year) and good shoes. Rock scrambles happen.

A friend and I wanted to check out this gorge and it did not disappoint! For those of you who don't love hiking, don't worry! All you have to do is walk about 20 yards from your car to the most incredible view! After we scaled down a steep and leaf covered mountain, there were railroad tracks and 'access' to the water. There are some great rocky lookouts along the way, but nothing beats the top vantage point. From top to bottom, the hike was about 2 miles. I highly recommend!
