Saw a movie on a regular screen. It was good, no problems. It was a good place to go to. The seats are comfortable. I recommend trying to get the seats in back of the handicap eligible seats, more leg room.

Have not been to this IMax theatre in years and i recently went and was amazed at how nice it evolved to ; just the stadium seating was a plus along with the reclining seats. Was very clean and has alcohol now also. To me this visit was a WOW; experience. I be going to this theatre more .

The sound system is loud. The seating is comfortable and the snack bar is well stocked with goodies. The theaters are set up so there are no bad seats. Screen viewing is great. the way the seats are tiered allows good view even when a tall person sits in front of you. Theaters are kept clean and swept out between each movie. My only criticism is too may previews and commercial content between showings. I don't frequent theaters often but this one is great. If only they could have a pause button. Just kidding.

Of course, movies are crazy expensive today. But here at least yo get quality. Great IMAX with great sound. Good seating and semi reclining seats. Wide range of foods and clean throughout. Helps if you pick a great flick!! Recommend.

Theater 9 was super stinky one Friday evening in September. I mean, it was really stinky. I almost had to leave. It smelled like wet and/or musty carpeting. And it was pretty dirty, too. My armrest had a sticky soda spill on it. The floor was very sticky. It was not a very pleasant experience. Why do so many places have custodial issues? (Honestly, the restroom was cleaner than the theater.) Not sure if I'll come back.

Being only 2 miles from our home this is generally our go to theatre. It is fairly clean.
Whether you are in imax or not the volume of the sound seems excessive. Cannot be good for your long term hearing. I would love to know the decibel level

IMAX 3D is really great. After the intro/commercials, the sound quality is good; not deafening. Seats are very comfortable. Looks like they try to keep it very clean, too.

The theater looks brand new. The facility is modern, clean and inviting. I like that they have senior pricing. I recently moved here from the Boston area, and it is as nice as any newer theater in or around Boston. I saw Newsies the other night, and love that they feature Broadway shows and also operas as part of their Live from the Met series. I will continue to patronize this theater regularly.

Visited with my wife in the early afternoon on a very hot day. The theater was relatively empty. Before going in to our movie I stopped to get some snacks at the snack bar. I tried to order a hot item and was told it was unavailable do to some sort of kitchen issue which was a little disappointing. When we got to the theater the seats were comfortable and we had no issues with the film. It did seem to be much warmer in the theater than it was in the other parts of the facility. Most of this issues I am chalking up to some sort of mechanical issue happening that day and not an ongoing issue at the theater.

My sons' birthday party with 12 friends. Leading up to the party the communication was not very good. I also got conflicting emails from 2 differant managers about offers. While attending a movie 2 weeks prior to our partty I tried to talk to one of the managers and was told-via radio- that she didnt need to meet with me, someone would be in touch. I called on Monday before our Friday party with questions told by managers-via radio- someone would call me Tues or Wed. I got a call Wed. not okay with me. When we arrived I was met by Tina-wonderful, friendly and extreme helpful! There was a little glitch with the soda machine but not anyones' fault.The party room acoustics were horrible-echo loudness! Tina is an asset to this company who needs to retrain some managers.I spent over $200. I think I could expect a call or email to answer my questions. Thank you Tina you were amazing!
